We stayed in this villa for 8 nights (November 12-November 20). It was just my husband and myself, so only one bedroom was used. The bed was super comfortable, to the point that I’m having difficulty adjusting back to our bed here at home. LOL! The kitchen was well stocked with any items needed in order to cook there, although we did a lot of take out, so we didn’t use most of the appliances/utensils. I love that the front door is a keypad type lock — makes it much easier using that as opposed to messing with keys. The lanai area is very spacious with room for probably 8-10 people to sit. The pool was heated to a very nice temperature and was wonderful to use after a long day at Disney. The hot tub was nice as well. The buttons to operate the hot tub and pool lights were very well explained by the host and easily accessible. There are also pool towels provided for use, sitting by the back sliding door, which is a very thoughtful touch. The neighborhood seems to be a nice mix of rentals and ‘permanent’ residences and I thoroughly enjoyed looking at the Christmas decorations. Communication with the host was very easy and I always received a prompt reply with any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this villa for a vacation rental, and I will definitely be looking it up when planning my next Central Florida vacation.

Everything about the home exceeded our expectations! We always plan our yearly vacation carefully and having the perfect home made it just that much better. Very cozy everywhere on the inside. The pool/spa was our favorite we spent so much time out there we practically didn’t want to leave for our actual plans. We will absolutely be booking again next time we are in town and I could not recommend it more.

A great villa to stay at

The villa was very clean and has everything you need there. It was very comfortable and the welcome pack was informative. A big supermarket was only 2 minutes away and plenty of restaurant's nearby but all far enough that it's not a busy area where the villa is based. The villa is in a residential area so is quieter than a tourist spot. The roads US27, US192 and I4 were all minutes away and a breeze to get to the theme parks. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend any family to stay there. Each bedroom had its own TV and a main TV in the living room with plenty of seating and a large dining table and separate breakfast table.

Home away from home!

Everything about my stay at this property was fantastic. The owners kept in touch throughout my booking, and the property management was never more than a click away. Check-in was super easy and efficient The house had absolutely all of the amenities anyone could want and the listed price included the cost for pool heat, which is something you rarely see in this area. Everything was perfect. Would definitely stay again.!

Wonderful stay in a lovely home.

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The check in process was clear and simple. We were given very helpful and accurate information prior to our arrival. The house was very clean and well maintained. The comfortable furniture and lovely decor created a cozy, homelike feeling - not the typical rental vibe. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the sunny pool area and the toys and beach towels were a bonus. The neighbourhood is quiet and close to amenities. We would definitely stay there again- thank you for sharing your home with us.

Exactly as described in listing - excellent

Clean and hassle free. Plenty of space for our 2 family groups of four. We stayed for 14 nights in July and the villa gave us everything we required as both a base and a home from home. Two twin rooms, or the option for the double room to convert to a twin would have made it absolutely perfect but not an issue as this is how the property was listed and we were fully aware in advance.
