There’s a vibrant metropolis-themed room with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, and a spacious monochrome-themed master with a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a sweet little workspace. In the loft area, the laundry room and main bathroom await, along with two whimsical themed rooms: the Star Wars room, perfect for five with four bunks and a trundle, and the Minions room, also cozy for five! Last but not least, a charming maritime room with a queen bed shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the Minions room.

Its clubhouse is a treasure trove of amenities—enjoy a bar and grill, an ice cream parlor, a general store, a fitness center, and even a flow-rider surf simulator (extra fees apply). Spend your days on the basketball and beach volleyball courts, or relax in a poolside cabana while sipping a happy hour drink by the fire pits as the stars twinkle above. ❤ BBQ grill (Free use of grill; a tank is provided at the home, but is not maintained by the host. This can be exchanged at the 7-Eleven on Westside Blvd).

❤ Pool & spa heat ($35.00 USD per day - must be booked for the entire stay).
❤ Spa heat only (Summer months - $15 USD per day - must be booked for the entire stay).

(Note: When opted for, the pool is heated to 84-86 degrees F, and the spa is heated to 100 degrees F. In rare cases, if temperatures in Kissimmee, FL drop below 50 degrees, the heater may not function at its full potential, as a safety feature).

❤A starter bundle of supplies is included for your stay. Guests are responsible for any additional provisions beyond those provided. The provided items include two toilet paper rolls per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, one garbage bag per each day booked, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bar soap.❤
