The pool was unusable for four days due to a broken pump. A technician briefly fixed it, but it stopped working again within minutes. This was a major disappointment during a hot-weather stay, as the pool was a key reason we booked. Communication was slow, and no proper resolution was offered. Very frustrating experience.

The size of the home and number of bedrooms was great . Beds were comfortable. Appreciated extra garbage bags, dish soap and toilet paper . The patio area was small and not private. Our heated pool and hot tub was never comfortable . The kitchen lacked utensils and pans. Overall we were happy with the stay

Beautiful Home

Check in was good. Beautiful house. The pool was a little smaller than other houses I have rented but it was lovely. Warm like bath water. Garbage collected and property maintained daily. I recommend this rental.

Great House!

House was great. Missing few details that would have made stay better. First paid for pool heating and lost entire first day as pool was freezing and heat not turned on. Was next day until fixed and warm. Property was clean except for two places. The pool deck was not cleaned and the carpeted stairs were filthy. Was actual 2 pieces and f popcorn sitting on stairs. The unit did not provide wash cloths, which was strange. This info was in long email received few days before check in and didn’t see. Had to go buy washcloths. Also no pool towels. Previous houses we have rented had both pool towels and wash cloths. All in all though the house itself is very nice. Just wish towel/washcloth issue was made clearer, not hidden in long email with lots of unimportant info.

Family Vacation to Disney

We traveled to Florida to take my 81 year old mother to Disney to meet Mickey Mouse. There was a total of 9 of us, six adults and three children. The house was beautiful and roomy enough for all of us to have space without being on top of one another. We loved having the pool and everyone but my mom enjoyed it multiple times. It was close to Disney, shopping, and food. We had a couple of minor issues that were addressed and handled right away. Communication was easy and responses were almost immediate. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again, if we ever go back.

Excellent

This was a perfect house for our family vacation. The house was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. We enjoyed our backyard pool as well as the community pool, waterslide, splash pad and clubhouse amenities. The location is an easy 20 minutes-ish from all Disney parks. There are many restaurants, Target and Walmart very close by. Communication was great and any questions we had were answered promptly. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again on a future visit.

House Had Great Potential!

Our group of adults had mixed feelings about the house/rental management company. Pros: The location of the house was great for easy access to restaurants, Disney, Universal, etc. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean (except for the bathroom near the front door smelled of urine even though it looked clean). Bedrooms were large and each had a bathroom. It was also nice to have our own pool with hot tub. We chose not to have it heated, it was still comfortable to use. Wonder Vacation Homes seemed professional and in the beginning responded promptly to inquiry emails and provided necessary codes for opening the gates and house. Cons: Overall the management company was not great. Before accepting our reservation, they required a lot of paperwork including a copy of our credit card. Because they had it on file, they took the initial and final payments out without notice. We should have been informed before withdrawing the payments. Messages throughout the house and from management said how clean the house was and our responsibility for any damages to the house, we found it to be dirty and damaged already. Significate Stains and dirt covered the carpeting, stains on dining and counter chairs, dresser drawers were broken. The pool pump stopped working so unable to use pool last two days. Management should use empty days to make necessary repairs to maintain the integrity of the home. House has great potential, needs a lot of TLC.

DO NOT RECOMMEND

I will start with the positive but I have to say the negatives out way the positives! The house is beautiful and very clean. The kitchen has everything you need and even tupperware for storage of leftover food.( never had that in past rentals) Pool is nice and it was clean. Now the negatives. We got there and there was a note on the door that said this house has no access to amenities at club house contact homeowner or property manager. After several emails phone calls and text messages 5 days later we were offered passes to the club house under a different property address. One of the bedrooms upstairs had to queen size beds and both frames were broken. We had to put the mattress on the floor. The property manager came and put it back together but only one of them stayed up. The drawers in a lot of the dressers were off track or broke. There are baby ants throughout the house. The sliding door blinds kept falling.The last thing that happened was the washer machine broke the last 3 days of our stay.Defiantly do not recommend this property!!!

Do Not Stay here

We had water bugs and ants in the home when we arrived.. i sent messages by email and text and they advised they would have someone call me which never happened. They said they sent a handyman to spray but we never saw the handyman and still had bugs afterwards. I called the office which I was told a manager would call me and once again never happened. The only correspondence I received was through email. There was furniture broke and lights and bedroom furniture. For the amount of money we paid it was not worth it and not once did they ever try to rectify the unhappiness of the customer. I have all the issues documented and had sent to them and still no phone call…

Great house

We enjoyed our stay in this 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house. It is in a great location, very close to Target and Walmart, tons of restaurants/shops and gas stations. About a 15 min drive to Disney parks. The house has a pool/whirlpool in the backyard and our only complaint is that although it is screened in, it also has another gate inside the pool area, making it difficult to walk around the pool or move the lounge chairs. I wish there was the option of removing it as we did not have small children with us. We also asked about the temperature of the pool and were told they didn’t know…. So we didn’t order heat, but it ended up being cold, which was disappointing. Otherwise, the house was great and we enjoyed our stay!

Great house when visiting Disney! Clean and good amenities!

Beautiful, clean house approximately 15-20 minutes from any Disney park. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Kitchen was new and appointed with utensils, cutlery, and dinnerware. Pack extra garbage bags, tissues, detergents, and toilet paper.

Lovely home

This home is just cozy. We loved the he interior decoration and design of the home. We had a party of 10 that stayed the night in total of 16 that visit at the home we had enough bathrooms and bedrooms to accommodate each guest. Our bed were very comfortable with me. The hot thin is not heat so if you are looking for that ask in advance.

Great Stay

Property as advertised in listing and pictures. Super convenient to stores and all the parks. Only complaint would be wireless connection was pretty much non existent anywhere but the master upstairs and even there was extremely limited but probably is an easy fix.

BEWARE of property management company - BUGS everywhere

Beware of the property management company, Wonder Vacation Homes - we read a few bad reviews but figured the good reviews outweighed the bad and we'd give it a try - and WE REGRET IT!!! *Home owner please be aware!! The home was spacious, good location however almost mid-way through our stay we noticed a severe bug issue. They were throughout the living room and kitchen and one night were crawling all over my son and I as we were laying in bed watching tv! After we had bugs crawling on us in bed, we decided to leave the house immediately and had to end our vacation early - we decided we had enough, we could tolerate bugs in the living room and kitchen but no one wants bugs crawling on them in bed!! After we packed the car and hit the road, my daughter started screaming and we had to pull over because the bugs had infested our belongings and were in our suitcases and clothing and she had these bugs crawling all over her in the car. They were small bugs and we never figured what kind of bug they were, but there were so many! We left several voice messages to the management company throughout our stay (which were never returned). The only response we ever could receive was a text through the portal, however I begged over and over again for someone to call me to talk live and they refused to call. Even after we told them we left the premises because the bugs were so bad they still wouldn't answer my calls or return my messages. THIS IS A PUBLIC HEALTH CONCERN My husband even sent them videos of the bugs in the home and despite that, they still lied and said the home was inspected and there were no bugs. They lied over again and said we never called them to notify them about the bugs, despite the multiple voicemails we left, pleading someone to call us - and also notified them in the portal 'text chat' and begged them to call us and they refused. We requested a refund for the night we had to leave to provide and couldn't stay in the house (because we had to leave the property due to the bug infestation being so awful), we didn't even ask for a full credit (although we probably deserve one), we only asked for a credit for the nights we couldn't stay at the home due to bugs and they refused!!! Our vacation was cut short and we also had to pay for a hotel so we could stay somewhere with our kids. I usually never leave bad reviews, but we gave them every opportunity to make this right and we've never dealt with such horrible customer service.

Nice house but…

This is a nice house, comfortable beds, good location 20 min from many parks but the house is not your typical rental. There is no trash bags, detergent, dishwashing soap, extra toilet paper, kitchen towels, coffee filters, many utensils are missing like cutting board. Not even salt or any other spices in the house. So after you check in, you have to go to Target as if you just moved into a brand new house and spend $ stocking it on vacation. Very annoying. Additionally, we have requested our pool to be heated and that was not done prior to our arrival, so we had a cold pool the fist 2 days of our vacation even though we payed for the pool to be heated the whole time. Furthermore, I happen to forget my pillow that I brought from home inside of the property, contacted the management 8 hours after check out and they told me that they threw it away and I should have read the contract that they don’t keep anything and throw everything left behind away! What? This has never happened to me before and we have rented many properties over the years. The only positive thing about the property management was that they replied to my emails. I would not recommend renting a property if it is managed by Wonder Vacations Homes.

Great home for vacationing families

The home was clean and exactly as described. Property managers were super responsive (even on New Year's Eve!). The microwave built in the kitchen wasn't heating so they brought in a portable microwave within the hour. There are things like dishwashing soap and trash bags and paper towels that you need to get after you've used the ones allotted in the house. But that was no big deal since Target is literall 2 minutes away. Great property!
