Would Not Stay Again — Dirty and Missing Basics
The listing advertised a fully equipped kitchen and a coffee machine, but these were not usable during our stay. The pots and pans were so badly scraped they were unsafe to cook with, so we had to spend extra money buying our own cookware and ordering takeout. The coffee machine was filthy and produced black, particle-filled water, so we had to buy our own coffee maker too.The dishes in the cabinets were dirty with food stuck on them, and the sheets and pillowcases were visibly dirty, stained, and covered in hair and makeup. We couldn’t sleep in the beds the first night and waited until the end of the second day for replacements. Some of our personal items were accidentally taken during the linen exchange and not all were returned.We booked this expecting a clean stay with the basics covered. I hope the owner updates the listing to match what’s actually provided and makes improvements to avoid this for future guests.
