The TV was hacked and we were not able to enjoy TV as a family. We reported it multiple times and nothing was done, the technician was unable to identify the problem. It was a very weird experience. We also didn’t have light in one of the rooms, as well as there were indications of a private pool; however, this particular property didn’t have one. The filter of the fridge needed to be changed, so we were not able to use the water, there for expending more money buying water and iced. Communication with property management was challenging at time. However, the entire property was beautiful and it has a family oriented feeling. I just believed that it was too expensive for all the rules and regulations and not good follow communication.
