Disney Family Trip

The location and proximity to the Disney Parks was great. I've rented many homes in Florida thru VRBO and have always been extremely satisfied. This property with VACASA was poorly equipped for a family of 7 adults and 4 small children.

The overall stay and property was amazing. There needs to be better communication at the gate. As we were not provided the QR code to get into the neighborhood and had to wait 30-60mins to receive it from the management company.

The properly is very nice. But we couldnt watch tv until the day before we left. We didn't have hot water. We went to a family member air b&b to use the shower. I wasn't going to let it mess up my vacation. I would come back, not sure about wife. She might try and get some kind of reimbursement. Me i love the house and would come back.

Great house but a few fixes needed

Overall great stay. A few recommendations if you want to increase the level of excellence on this property: 1. Little to no communication. Couldn’t get in the gate once we arrived because no one told us we needed a QR code in order to get in. 2. Hot tub didn’t work and pool felt like a hot bath. 3. The AC was not great. It was in the 80’s most days and we were sweating in the house.

Highly recommended

**5 Stars** Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The house is elegant with every accommodation we asked for. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the home theater while the adults caught up over cups of coffee. If I may suggest improvements: the TV downstairs did not work for us to watch the NBA finals, and although we joined the WiFi, none of the apps worked with my own subscriptions. A grill would also be a nice addition.

Overall the house was great!! Excellent location near parks, restaurants and stores. More than enough room for parking and trash disposal was super easy. The home was very welcoming and nicely decorated. The tv room was amazing and had more than enough room for kiddos. We had a few questions and minor issues that were addressed immediately and professionally. When we return to orlando next year, if this home is available, we will definitely stay here.

Had an amazing stay here

This villa had everything we needed. It is great for large groups, every bedroom has it's own bathrooms and the two rooms with bunkbeds would fit 4 kids in if you were travelling with children (we weren't!) Beds were super comfortable. The laundry facilites were really useful and the kitchen was huge, you can fit a lot of people cooking and sitting in there all at the same time. Pool was the perfect temeprature and had sun on it for all of the day. Excellent location, right on the 192 by Walmart so quick to get to parks or shopping but a quiet estate which was gated for extra security. Spent 10 days there and saw the pool service man twice, who was very polite and friendly. The cinema room is brilliant, spent a lot of time in there. Being a new villa we found some things that we needed extra for the kitchen but they were tiny things that we could have done without. We left them there, so they are there now :D I would definitely book this villa again.

Fine property with some issues

Property itself was fine; some minor ants in kitchen and a leak in one bathroom, not a huge deal. Very spacious, nice pool area, cool theater room, lots of beds for a big group. Two issues with management company -- this is in a gated community and we were not provided a code to enter; so we had to sneak in by following other cars in/out. Pool heating was not turned on even though I specifically followed up twice to ensure it would be (as I'd seen this issue in other reviews) Not much urgency from the management company, Vacasa. Took them 2.5 days to fix these issues. So we had to sneak in and out of the neighborhood and could not use the pool for about half the trip. Not great. Wifi fine on PC but does not work great on phone (constantly have to re connect) -- combine with awful Verizon service in this area and using phone was difficult at times.

Great stay!!

My family and I had a great time at this property! My only qualm, which was quickly resolved, was that they forgot to send me the QR code to show the guard at the gate to let us in to the neighborhood. Also there are multiple entrances to get into the gated community with only one being manned by a security guard to let you in. Google maps took us to the gate that was closest to the property that wasn’t manned. When we called Vacasa they seemed confused that there was a gate at all. We only found out that we needed a QR code to show the security guard from the security guard themselves and we found them just while driving around to the other entrances. Other than that, we had a great time!!

No internet

The house is big, clean, and well furnished. Our 2 biggest issue during our stay was no wifi and a strange lighting issue with the primary upstairs room and downstairs room. We did not have internet for the duration of our stay and unfortunately there is little to no cell service at the house either. My husband had to spend time at a fastfood place with internet during our vacation to finish some work. We called the management company and they sent someone to look at it to no avail. We were told we would be compensated for the inconvenience but we haven't heard anything as of yet ( nearly 2 weeks from time of stay). The other issue is light for the 2 bedrooms. They apparently have the same remote control fan/light with a variety of wall switches. It was nightly battle to get both up stairs and downstairs lights off at the same time. One would turn on, the other would turn off and so on. Over all the house is great. But it was disappointing not having internet for work or to be able to watch movies in the theater room. (my girls were really looking forward to that)

Nice clean house minutes away from everything

This property was perfect for our family. Clean beautiful we stayed over spring break recommend pool heat without it kids would not of been able to swim nights and mornings were chilly. Construction around was not a problem. Definitely would stay there again.

Poor communication and no response

The house was very well maintained. The trip was managed by vaccasa and their property manager were prompt to reply but they keep on saying same thing not understanding the problem. We had issue with our thermostat asking for passcode and they were not able to resolve it and our trip ended with us buying heaters for the night as it was too cold in the night and few of us couldn’t sleep moreover our request for comforters was acknowledged but we never received it overall pretty bad experience and all the property manager has to say was sorry it didn’t work out for you. You have charged us separately for your fees and also for the pool heating although we requested we need only for 3 days. Overall disappointing!!
