Great relaxing space

My family had a wonderful time here. We felt the warm welcome as soon as we came in. We enjoyed the Holiday Welcome package and made the hot chocolate right away to enjoy with the girls. The lockbox was simple to use. The large home had plenty of room to spread out as well as large gathering area. The game room was a fun place to hang out as well. We are very grateful to have a had a such a great place to enjoy our Christmas with family this year. Thank you.

Unsafe and Unsanitary

The pictures are a TOTAL LIE! I understand that this was a dog-friendly rental but to have to clean up dog poop from the yard to even step out into the yard was beyond me. There was so much feces that we took pictures. The grill was completely oxidized, which was also a safety concern. I contacted the property as they knew we were celebrating our infant’s birthday that was to be held outside, yet they were non responsive. I had to keep calling them and all they said was “we will put a ticket in." We were only there for 2 nights and in the day of checkout, I called back since the host from Vacasa never contacted me to address my concerns and spoke to a supervisor named Maggie who was to contact the local manager for the property to resolve the issue. When she contacted me with a response from the "manager" its was to offer their apology and a $50 refund for a property we paid almost $900 for. Then I contacted VRBO directly and all they said was, "You should have reported the concern while at the property." while the host told us to contact them directly for concerns with the home. If you are looking for a rental to spend quality time with your family DO NOT RENT THIS HOME. It is unsanitary, faucets were breaking apart and leaking. Access code as I read in other reviews never work, outdoor furnitures are old and breaking apart. Also, the fence in the backyard is super low and leads to a drop off. NOT SAFE AT ALL. Look else where.

Christmas Vacation

This was our 2nd time staying at this location. The house was clean and has all the amenities that’s why we choose to stay again. The only issue we had was the code given didn’t work when checking in. We did call the number and we were provided a code to unlock the key box onsite. Simple fix.

Repairs needed

There were a number of items that were not working such as TVs and the alarm beeping. The property manager came onsite but there was no execution of the repairs. Intent was there but missed the mark. The location was good but when we got there the incorrect code was provided and it took several calls to get it and the key was delivered a few days later. It had promise but a bit disappointing.

Beautiful Spacious Home!

This is an amazing home, spacious, clean, and very fun to just hang out. Location is great, it has everything near by, and very close to the parks. Would definitely recommend this home to everyone, especially if looking for a place to stay with your kids, family, and the family dog.

Big House, Little Functionality

The house is large and decorated super cute. While I would say the house was fairly clean, there was some surprises. Like dog throw up on the rug in the game room. The owners leave very few supplies for you. We had to buy garbage bags. The kitchen is stocked with dishes really well and you will find anything you need that way. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The biggest disappointment was the lack of showers. There are 3 bathrooms but only one shower was working. If I had been there with my entire family and going to the parks, I would have been so upset to find that we had ONE shower available for everyone. I called the owner, she said she would be sending someone that day to fix them. That was on our first day of 8. Never heard from her again and no one showed up. The other thing that upset us was the pictures show a fully fenced yard. I guess this was my mistake. We chose this house for that yard. We were in the process of moving across country and had the dog with us. The yard is MOSTLY fenced and is a nice yard. Just know going in as a dog friendly house, it does not provide that sanction. Overall we were fairly happy with this property and I would have highly recommended it to family/friends if the showers worked and there were some updates to old items. Such as the lights in the kitchen flicker quite a bit and felt like they were malfunctioning most of the time.
