check in was slow, i was given working keys to a room where someone was already sleeping (someone not in my party)(a complete stranger), so i was given another room which had 3 boogers on the bathroom wall. a flickering bathroom light, and no trash bag. when i went to complain to the manager he was understanding and gave me a full refund so that was a plus. this is not somewhere i want to stay again. i heard other patrons complaining about similar issues while waiting in line at the lobby (which was outside because they wern't letting people into the actual lobby)

It was good friendly and the room was vary clean. Could use more pillows for a king size bed.

Smell in room awful, ac not working well, faucet unable to adjust water temperature, sink cracked, Mattress too soft you sunk into it, carpet looked filthy, You could see the dust on the vents that haven’t been cleaned since the hotel opened. Need I say more this hotel was horrible, would never again visit this hotel or even recommend this rat trap.
