at first, when I got there, I was a little worried, but once I got into my room, it was fairly comfortable. Everything was clean. There are a few areas that could be painted are fixed, but it wasn’t anything major. That would affect anything. Overall the stay was good.

Terrible hotel for the price!

I wasn't expecting a run down, old hotel since it's owned by Wyndham, but that's what we got. Old plumbing, old lighting, old mattresses. The toilet didn't flush properly. Hated it. The people in the front office were not friendly. It's right next to a jail too. Was not happy with this hotel and I'm so glad it was for only one night. ICK!

The staff was okay and hotel was clean inside, we enjoyed our stay… the only thing that bothered us was that we had a few small cockroaches in our room throughout the 6 days we were there. Also it’s located right next to a prison, just as an fyi to anyone booking! It didn’t bother us but it could bother others:)

While in the lobby I heard the front desk on a call on speaker phone with a customer about how they were charged the room hold $100. And the same thing happened to me they charged it it wasn’t just pending now I’m fighting with them about it and jumping throw hoops trying to get my money

Nice place for Universal visits

Overall I had nothing bad for me personally about this hotel. The location isn't too far from Universal which was the main reason I picked this place. If you're going to Disney it might be a little far for you. The bed was comfy and the room service came every day so the room was clean when we came back. The elevators definitely are a little o nthe older side and maybe need replaced. Never got stuck or anything but on one of them the doors were slow to close and the other elevator seemed a little run down. Overall if you're not looking for more than a room to sleep in and don't mind the location I'd stay here.
