The common areas in this hotel were filthy. Floors in the elevator, in front of the elevators had not been scrubbed in a very long time. There were dirty foot prints there. The hallway to our room was covered in stains and needed to be scrubbed. The hallway baseboards looked like there were years of dust/dirt on them. The walls & doors had scuff marks on them. Fortunately the room appeared much cleaner. The hot tub had a sign that said “temporarily out of order” but by the looks of it it had been out of order for a long time. It should not be listed as an amenity for the hotel. The front desk staff was lacking. He was no where to be found for 5 minutes upon check in. No one was there and there was no way to get anyone’s attention. Later in the day when we went to the pool there were no pool towels. My husband went to ask for some clean ones and the desk attendant acted put out. The breakfast staff were a high note. They were very pleasant and helpful. We expected better from a Comfort Inn.

We regret your stay was not pleasant. We frequently shampoo corridor and room carpets and we mop the lobby areas and elevators several times a week. We are sorry that we failed to meet your expectations.

I liked that it had plenty available beds for my family size. They also had kiddie pool plus regular pool but spa/hot tub was blocked off..

Bathroom shower wouldn't shut off completely and sink took 2 hours to drain. AC unit kept kicking off and room was was to warm.

The property has been taken care of. There is noticeable water damage on the building. The elevators were due for an inspection. The people were great in attending the clients.
