The receptionist who checked me in was rude and unprofessional. I am in a wheelchair and she greeted everyone who was in front of me hello but when it was my turn after waiting in line over 30 minutes when I asked a question instead of answering in a complete sentence she shook her head as if to imply I was deaf. The tv had only had two channels when I called front desk the operator stated I will send maintenance and hung up in my face before I could say anything else. The front desk aced as if comfort inn dislike handicapped. The elevator in the far left wasn’t working and she said nothing my family and I lost time thinking it did. The ice machine on the 4th floor didn’t work at all. Your rooms are not equipped for a wheelchair. In addition to calling corporate I intend to notify the department of disability how this hotel discriminate against the disable. I was treated horribly as I watched others be treated with kindness. I don’t plan on ever staying at this hotel.

My room was clean, front desk staff was friendly. The only drawback, which was a major one was that I was on the 4th floor where cleaning staff were loud and yelling throughout the day. I think the laundry room must be on that floor. I was awoken early the 3 days I stayed. Plus housekeeping knocked on my door every morning before 9am then entered. Which I did not like at all.

Comfort Inn is a place we truly recommend. Our first reservation was back in 2012, and after 13 years we decided to return. The hotel has managed to keep the same charm it had back then. Disney parks are relatively close, which makes it very convenient. They even offer a breakfast buffet; we didn’t try it because we wanted to get to the parks early, but it’s definitely a nice option. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would gladly book again.

Everything was fine and serviceable for our night. Shower head did not spray well and either needed replaced or cleaned. Tub drained slow. Bathroom overall just needed some TLC. Otherwise the room was great. Breakfast being included was great but very limited which is challenging for those with restrictions.

The hotel was extremly run down. Rooms smelled of mold. Front desk help were rude and the $20 per night resort fee was not explained as a good reason. Would never stay there, even if you paid me

Honestly solved our problem but felt so uncomfortable and unsafe staying here the staff is great and so helpful but over all the cleanliness was so poor hairs in bed the shower was clogged and overall not very clean.
