Unfortunately, our experience at this property was far below expectations. The bed mattress was broken with a deep dip in the middle, making it very uncomfortable to sleep after long days at the amusement parks. Some of the back door blinds were missing, which reduced privacy, and the couch cushion was torn, adding to the overall neglected feel of the property.It was also disappointing to find that the hand soap bottles had been refilled with water instead of replaced, which felt careless and unhygienic. However, a quick trip to the nearby Publics fixed that. The manager did reach out via text the night before our departure to apologize for not being able to replace the mattress during our stay and offered compensation, but we never heard back after that message.Overall, the property was poorly maintained and communication was lacking. I wouldn’t recommend this rental until these issues are properly resolved and more attention is given to guest comfort and follow-through.
