Welcome to our luxurious 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home located in the heart of Davenport, Florida. This spacious home is perfect for families headed to Disney or groups of friends looking to hit the links, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a beautifully decorated interior, complete with high-end furnishings and stylish decor throughout. The open-plan living area is the perfect spot for everyone to come together, with a comfortable lounge area, a large flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals and snacks for the whole group.

The house boasts five beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a Harry Potter-themed room and a Princess-themed room that the kids are sure to love. Each bedroom is spacious and comfortable, with plush bedding, plenty of storage space, and its own private bathroom.

Outside, you'll find a stunning screened-in pool area, complete with a large pool and plenty of space for sunbathing and lounging. There's even an outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco or simply taking in the beautiful Florida weather.

Located in the prestigious ChampionsGate area, you'll be just a short drive away from some of the best golf courses in the region, as well as world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment options. And of course, with Disney just a stone's throw away, you'll have easy access to all the magic and excitement that this incredible destination has to offer.

With room for up to 10 guests, this home is the perfect choice for families and groups looking for a luxurious and comfortable base from which to explore all that central Florida has to offer.

The pool can be heated upon request. There is a charge for heated pool which $50 per day and will charge for the whole length of the guests's stay.

BBQ grill are for guest to use but we charge $75 for cleaning up the grill and provide 1 propane tank.
