We rent a place every year for 10, now older, men to do a golf trip. This was great, exactly as advertised and more. Honestly everything was perfect. We really liked the hot tub and grill. TV's all worked and the theater room was perfect with 10 chairs. There is a golf course in the back yard, and many more in the area. One unique twist to this rental, they actually pick up trach from your fron door every day, 10 guys generate a lot of trach, this was really nice. Well done Steve and Sandy(hosts), you guys are on your game.

Great communication by the owners throughout the whole stay. This home was clean and well equipped for our large family. Everything was in good working order and we really enjoyed the pool, game room and media room. Our family had a blast here and we look forward to staying in this home again.

This property was absolutely stellar!! Checking in was a breeze- The hosts made everything seamless and easy! The home was clean and perfect for our family. We can't wait to come back!! I have never stayed somewhere that exceeded our expectations until now. Steve and Sandy were just a message away with any concerns during the entirety of our stay. This rental is truly a gem for anyone with small children or infants... or anyone who wants a clean, fun and relaxing place to stay.I cannot say enough good things about the house, the hosts or our whole experience.I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Property was very nice! Clean! Easy to get to, and get to Disney, and surrounding area! Use of 2 water parks plus having your own pool/hot tub was terrific! Communication with hosts was wonderful and easy! Just as described in the listing and photos!

Best Vacation Ever!

This property was exactly as pictured—spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped for a perfect getaway. We made full use of every space: the pool and spa were warm and inviting, the theater room was cozy and relaxing, and the game room offered endless fun. Sandy and Steve were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The resort amenities were outstanding and simple to access, and we took advantage of everything available. The location was ideal, with everything we needed either nearby or a short drive away. We came to unwind, and this home gave us the peaceful, restful environment we were hoping for—something the photos just can't fully convey. Thank you both again; if we return to the area, your place will be our top choice.

Lots of Funshine

Beautiful home in a great location. Extremely well equipped and furnished. Kitchen full stocked with everything you would need for cooking. Able to accommodate large groups and plenty to keep the kids entertained. Especially the awesome game room, Xbox and theater. I highly recommend !

This Rental Is Amazing!

Do not pass on this property for your family vacation! The host were very communicative and answered many questions for us. We planned a Disney vacation and decided to stay off property. This home served all of our needs, was close and accessible to all of the Disney locations and grocery stores. The house itself is VERY well stocked, cleaned, beds were very comfortable. I will be telling everyone I know about this property.

Family Time

We arrived on 4/13 and we had a stone swimming in the pool watching movies and going shopping and of course eating together. It was a good time of family sharing and supporting each other. The home was just what we needed to accomplish these things.

Pure fun and relaxation

Steve & Sandy are wonderful hosts. Feels Like Funshine has something for everyone. The home is beyond comfortable and accommodating. Ten guys stayed here for a golf trip and everyone had plenty of space.

Great house!

Perfect house for our family vacation! There was 11 of us that stayed for the week and there was more than enough room for all of us. We had plenty to do near by but didn’t even need to leave to be entertained. Steve and Sandy were wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Home away from home

The property was just as described. Communication was excellent with the owners. The organization of the house and all the amenities made our stay so much more enjoyable and took the anxiety out of traveling. The neighborhood was quiet, we used the water parks included and walked to the park. The pool and hot tub were used all week!!!! Watching Cars for the first time with a toddler in a theatre was priceless!I would without a doubt come back for many vacations with this house and owners!!!Thank you for making our vacation easy and relaxing!
