The layout of this rental was perfect for what we needed. The proximity to everything including the parks was fantastic. The kitchen was beautiful and very spacious! My only complaints would be that it is minimally stocked with cooking essentials. The small fry pan needs replaced because everything sticks no matter how much spray you add. Also it would have been nice to have a kitchen dish cloth and towel. I would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay. House was perfect, resort was great! About a 30 min drive (with traffic) to all parks.The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is because as someone who likes to cook rather than eat out there were a couple "misses" in the kitchen. The skillet is terrible....can't cook anything without it sticking even when greased. There is no cutting board that I found and it would be nice to have a couple of kitchen towels to dry dishes. Other than that, I highly recommend.

Property is clean. Pool is cold because backyard does not get a lot of hours sunlight so did not get much use of pool. Could have heated pool but it is too expensive imo and you had to pay for entire trip I believe. Big negative for me on stay. On the plus side place is nice inside. Rugs could be cleaned. Biggest plus is the how close it is to the waterpark.Just around the corner walking distance. The waterpark has two decent waterslides, a nice lazy river and big pool where the water was really warm. The drinks at pool are very expensive and no lockers. The back yard had a nice view, no neighbours. The back glass is one big sliding door to back yard which we loved. Overall would do again.

Lovely location just a few issues.

So the house was beautiful and the resort had great amenities. First the resort security is very tight which is nice just on arrival everyone must check in and when we arrived had to wait almost an hour on a line to even check in after a 25 hour drive which was inconvenient. Another issue was high was not informed to me by host is RV’s are not allowed on property which they let us pass but had to pay an extra 75 dollars a day to resort that the host refused to pay any part of. One main thing was that the home is owned by a company which did not communicate well we had family who lives In try he area who visited and it was a complete hassle to have host add people to our visit list and even complained about how many visitors were added.

Very happy!

The house was everything the pictures showed. We really liked that it’s at a resort for kids to do other activities. House was clean and ready as promised. We had a fantastic stay there and would return but for longer time. Thanks for a great stay from my family and me we enjoyed it very much!!

10/10 EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS

I've stayed in over 40 vacation homes to date & this is in my top 5. Didn't use the pool as weather was just a tad too cold for me. The place was very clean. The only thing at this property that was disappointing was the dish detergent provided. Seems to be a cheap brand that didn't clean well. We usually take a few rolls of paper towels, bath soap, tissue paper, trash bags, chlorox wipes and dish detergent with us on trips. So we were okay to clean up after ourselves.Outside trash can provided by property manager was a plus as most places in the area usually have a box outside for trash that don't hold much stuff. The property was extraordinary clean.Location was decent for grocery store and dining. I'm familiar with the area so it was very easy for me to get to places.Checking in was great with security at guard house, and in less than 5 minutes I was checked in at clubhouse. On each return to property, there was no issue getting in as security was alert and kept the vehicles moving.The place was very clean. Very comfortable blankets in all rooms. This came in handy as home was a little chilly, but not enough for us to turn on the heat. place wasn't over furnished, so it felt light and homely. Kitchen appliances were in great working condition and were very clean.Cabinets weren't over-stacked with un-necessary junk you don't need. It wouldn't hurt if they add a potato peeler and a couple chip/snack bag clips. I would definitely recommend this property.

Quick but nice trip

We choose to take a quick trip to Univeral Orlando for some fun and wanted to stay off grounds of parks. It was very quiet and clean. The grounds of the property were very nice and staff in center was great. The guards at the gate were not very friendly though. Still had a great time and would stay there again.

Family Disney Trip

Great stay!

Wonderful place! So close to Disney. We loved the free arcade and water park. Only complaint (beyond host control) is that the lifeguards said my daughter was “too old” (she just turned 7) to ride on the little slides but “too short” to ride on the big ones…leaving her choices none.

As with previous stays at the Windsor Island Resort we find the location and facilities excellent. The house is ideal for a family who want to have a comfortable smart property to relax in. It’s the second time we have stayed at this property and we would stay again.

LOOK NO FURTHER THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY!!

This is a great house! Love how clean it was. The vibe is great, from the community, security, pool to facilities, everyone is very welcoming. The rooms were great, I have to say Harry Potter room a little small but great for little kids. Love how many bathrooms this house has, even one outside by the pool so no slippery mess inside the house. Pool was small but perfect for little ones and just to chill, if you want to swim the community pool was great, and they also have food the prices are very affordable. Location is great as well, not only is close to parks like Disneyworld and Universal Studios, but they have a 7/11, walmart, walgreens very close so that was super convenient. The communication was great, no waiting days for a respond, they were quick and help me with what I needed right away. ( modifying my stay) I will definitely stay here again THANK YOU

Family Vacation

This property is beautiful and peaceful. Plenty of amenities for everyone. Kid friendly with plenty to do. The house has the perfect layout for a big family. Process was easy and we did not have issues while staying here. We will definitely stay here again.

First Florida trip with our 4 boys between ages 8 to 14

We had an absolutely fabulous and perfect time down in Florida in may of 2024..the home was immaculate and very large and able to accommodate us and then some. The host was easy to communicate with and answered any and all of our questions within an hour of sending. The back of the property faced the resort and we had no backyard neighbours to view..we were steps to the amazing resort and spent the majority of the time there in the lazy river..the atmosphere of the resort was comparable to an all inclusive vacation we took in Jamaica 6 years ago..very friendly staff and plenty of food and drink options. Would 10/10 recommend this home and resort as a must do for a trip to Florida with family 😊

Everything was exactly as the pictures ! Very clean, and the kitchen was stocked very nicely with everything that you need to cook and clean ! I’m very picky with where I stay on vacation and there was not one regret booking this house.

The house was clean and very comfortable. Appreciated the welcome chocolates and heart shaped sippy cup from the host. It was very thoughtful seeing that our stay was during Valentines. The location was great and within walking distance to the clubhouse. The check in process at the gate was quick. The communication from the host was awesome, we even got an email during our stay just reaching out to see how everything was going and to let us know that if we need anything to just let them know. (KUDOS) As this was a business/vacation trip, we found the location was ideal for us. Would definitely love to stay at this property again!!!

Smart home with great amenities

The property is well presented. Windsor Island is a very large resort however the property is quiet and very secure. The private pool although not large was perfect for us to cool down in and the children play. The large pool and water slides at the main clubhouse were a big hit with the children as well. Lovely home and would certainly stay again.
