This beautiful three bedroom condo in the spectacular Caribbean Island themed resort of Bahama Bay is the perfect family home for your Florida vacation! The unit has been upgraded with new tile, carpets, stove, microwave, mattresses and furniture in the great room and master bedroom.

Within minutes of Disney, shopping and dining, this villa is ideally located.

Our three bedroom Abacos villa offers a spacious 1,232 square feet of space. It is ideal for the extended family vacationer and features three bedrooms and two full-sized bathrooms, with an updated Living Room area. There is a King size bed in the master bedroom, a Queen size bed in the first guest bedroom, two twin beds in the second guest bedroom, and a sofa in the living room that opens into a queen sized bed. There are flat screen TV's in all the rooms and a DVD player in all the rooms for your movie enjoyment. The resort offers free DVD rentals in the clubhouse for the duration of your stay!

When we got there my wife had to clean the floor and she also covered every chair in the dining room because they had food all over them. Then 3 days later she started feeling sick so after 2 more days in bed I took her to the emergency room and she was diagnosed with black mold exposure. So after that I contacted the host and let him know and ask for a partial refund because we had to get out of the condo and go rent a hotel to get out of the black mold. He asked me where the black mold was so I sent him pictures and I never heard from him since. If you would like to see the pictures I can send them to you also.

Bahama Bay is a great location. It used to be 30 minutes to the theme parks, but now it is more like 45 minutes, which is a bummer. I wish I could rate the resort separate from the house, because the reason we go there is for the beach area with ping pong and hammocks, but the entire area was closed (and no one told us this before we got there... which feels a little bait and switch to me) But we were able to play pickle ball and pool, and the Tradewinds restaurant is reasonable and has great food, so we made it work. The house was super well stocked with a nice assortment of tea and coffee K cups. It came with enough toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. The pans are all nonstick and scratched bad. We realized this is because there are only metal utensils provided. Plastic utensils would make your pans last longer. We did find a bug crawling around in a drawer in the bathroom that freaked my husband out. I only saw that one, so i hope it was just a hitchhiker. The house itself was great because it was on the first floor. We've stayed on the second floor and after a day in the parks it's hard to get up all those stairs. The bed was comfortable and clean. The floors could use a little work. The carpets are ripped in places which brings the place down. Also the corners of the molding were dirty. Like it could use a really deep cleaning (I use a toothbrush in my own house) But that didn't hinder our overall enjoyment of the stay. Good value for the price.

Great location, nice and quiet. Staff was very nice and helpful. Unit had great space for our family of 6. Everything you need in kitchen was avaliable and stocked. Beds were comfortable except for the master bedroom matress. Great stay for a great price!!

A Relaxing Vacation Spot

Orlando vacation

The property was nice. The condo was just as it was described. Loved it was on ground floor. The facility restaurant was ok. Not great but it was nice to have it on site without going out. Beds comfortable. Very well stocked. Location was out of the way a bit so you had to drive ever place you wanted to go. No shuttle service however we did know this. We will definitely stay there again.

Very nice townhouse

Townhouse was nice. We loved the ice maker, especially the crushed ice option. Was wonderful for making makeshift ice packs for health problems. Fridge was large and had ample room for everything. There were a multiple things that we didn't like though. The king bed is RIDICULOUSLY hard! So hard that my husband and I both decided to sleep in one of the other rooms. It even hurt to just sit on it! I chose the queen room (softest bed, better for my back issues), and hubby and our son each took a twin bed. No bath mat in the tub and it's very slippery. No handicap handles in tub either. After almost falling because of the slippery tub, I switched to using the walk in shower. Very low toilets! Clearly not made for handicap people. Owner should invest in "Comfort Height" toilets. We did find a seat that you set on the toilet to make it higher, but found out, while using it, that it slides around on top of the toilet. Pretty scary. Microwave was very hot, ALL THE TIME!! Even when not in use. Pretty sure there was something wrong with it. Small crack under the door seemed to let some bugs in. A roach was crawling in through the crack one night when we came home. I guess they are very prominent in Florida? But we only saw two at the house. One other weird thing, is one of the TV's doesn't have streaming. I can't remember which one. But we were just surprised that they all did but one lol
