The townhouse was great & all. My family had a great time. Very clean except I only gave it 4 stars due to the fact that the use of the grill is 150 which is outrageous…. I’ve never heard of that nor have I ever came across in any of my travels. Other than that it’s a good location & very quiet community. Also the QR codes they request for ALL guests to enter community are unnecessary & aren’t required at gate.

Brand new and fantastic location

Community amenities, location and your own plunge pool - overall a great space! New construction in the area wasn’t ideal (caused a bit of an ant problem) but that’s hopefully a short term problem.
