Weeks Before checking in I requested to have issues of cleanliness resolved from a April 2023 review and was assured that they were (they were not) I sent pictures on day one of scuffed walls, dirty patio & patio furniture the entry way too was filthy! Additionally as I entered the property at checkin maintenance was deep cleaning the carpet in the master room due to a flood that was never repaired and left my party down one room.I was informed that this water extraction issue was something that was addressed a few days ago. Additionally the AC was not cooling and there was plumbing issues the entire stay that were not rectified 3 different repair men came and never resolved the flooding, backing up (all issues were communicated to property management as they occurred ) also the main floor ceiling was leaking and ultimately the ceiling fan stopped working which added to the heat in the house. The grill that we paid to use was in poor working order. The TVs in some rooms were not working too. I will await your reply and actions to compensate me. I would recommend an after hours / emergency line that could communicate to the tenants and gate personnel to help address concerns in a timely manner.
