The room was immaculate. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the area immediately around the hotel is amazing for walk ability, and restaurants.

The hotel was clean and a 6 minute walk to the Kia Arena which was ideal, and the staff were nice and helpful. However, they charged daily for parking ($25 a day) and the ice machine didn’t work. I don’t think guests should have to pay for parking and if there is a fee it shouldn’t be so much per day. These are the reasons why I gave the property 4 stars instead of 5.

Hotel staff were professional and friendly. Clean. Super convenient to the Kia Center. Mattresses are terrible, pillows are flat. Restaurants close early (relative to typical evening event times at the Kia Center).
