Kitchen needed medium size sauce pan. Coffee pot was not working, Clear top missing from blender. Host missed request for grill- issue cleared.Sufficient towelsGreat to be able to use garage.Great access to stores.Place was clean, but could use a deep clean. Doors, handles, etc were dirty.Would consider staying again because of service provided by the host. Responded quickly to all concerns.

We loved this house. It was very comfortable for us (7 adults and 1 child). The many bedrooms with private bathrooms and the pool w/ hot tub were the main reasons we booked. We didn't cook, but the kitchen appeared well stocked. The starter items like paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, etc. were extremely handy. We loved the pool, which looks very well maintained, and the hot tub got nice and warm when the jets were on -- so nice. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the walls and doors could stand to be wiped down. It was obvious this is not done on a regular basis, and was kind of icky; but everything else seemed very clean. Also, be sure to pack washcloths. Where there were plenty of towels for the bath and pool, but they do not provide washcloths. All instructions were very easy to find, read and follow and the trash receptacles are right out front and taken daily so very convenient. And no issues getting through the gate for any of us. You just need to make sure the host has the names of all the drivers. Simple! Oh, and we loved all the fun recreation amenities. No way you can get bored at this house! The host was very accessible and prompt in responding when I had questions. Great value all the way around. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

The pictures of the home are accurate. It was very clean. We really enjoyed the pool. It was cleaned and treated the first day we arrived. Communication with the owner was great. He is so kind. And willing to answer all questions. Check in was a breeze. There were 8 adults and we all slept well. The house is not far from restaurants and shopping. I do plan to use this homeowner again. I travel to Orlando at least twice a year. And this was one of my best stays. The kitchen is awesome. 2 Fridges came in so handy. We were all pleased. Only suggestion would be put TV’s in all the rooms.

Family Vacation

There was 10 cousins on a family vacation. We each had our own room and bathroom and there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. The only complaint was that the refrigerators were not cold enough.

The house was nice, clean, and very spacious. I do feel that some necessities were missing to make the house an amazing stay. I wish the limited supplies would have been mentioned prior to right before arrival. There are no washcloths, limited toiletpaper/papertowel/garbage bags, no hand soap, no pool towels. I am okay with those things not being included, however, I do feel it should be included in the description prior to finalizing a rental. We stay in Orlando every year and this was the most bare bones house we stayed in and since we didn’t know until right before hand (unless I missed it somewhere) it added a stressor once we arrived.Outside the lack of necessities, the house had the space we were looking for, a great pool, and a nice quiet neighborhood.

Won’t book again

Not here to bash but I will tell the truth. At first sight the home looked appealing, but serious maintenance and cleanliness problems ruined the stay. Wi-Fi was unreliable, the upstairs floors were dirty, and we killed a roach in the kitchen cabinet. Both refrigerators barely cooled, the sink water barely got hot, and the listed iron was missing. The pool looked inviting but had a layer of settled sand, and the garage door didn’t work. Until these issues are fixed, the property doesn’t live up to its listing.

Great Stay

The home was very nice and getting access to the property was very easy. For our first family trip this was the perfect place. The host Carl was very nice and always messaged me to back in a timely manner…. We will keep your home locked in for our future visits!

The overall stay was nice. The host responded quickly during the booking process and was nice to work with. We reached out to the host about an issue we experienced during the stay. While sitting on one of the twin bed provided, it unexpectedly collapsed. Upon closer inspection, we noticed that the frame had no screws holding it together which caused it to fall apart completely. My sister fell when that happened and hurt her hip. We took pictures and contacted the host afterwards, The service representative was sent over to inspect and learned that there were not any screws as well.

Great house and location!

We rented this house for 13 adults and had plenty of space. Home was very clean and the community was very nice. Stores and restaurants are close by. We had an issue with the pool/spa heat not working and host promptly fully refunded us! Great communication as well!

Girls week-end

This is a very spacious house. 18 ladiesstayed her for 3 nights and never had a problem with room. There are a few down falls though. This place offers NOTHING extra. We had to go buy toilet paper and paper towels.You get one towel per guest. Nothing extra for pool use. No wash cloths either. The home has two dishwashers but no dishwasher detergent. The main floor is marble like tile and is extremely slippery when wet. Coming in from the pool was a little scary. There are no rugs/runners to avoid busting your ass, and since towels were scarce, it made this a problem. The pool was not heated the first fay we got there, even though the home owner said the pool needed to be heated the entire timenof our stay. The jacuzzi never got warmer than the pool and the instrucions to get the thing to work were not clear. For an additional $30 a day, I expected a bit more. Thank hoodness for door‐dash! Its a 3 out of 4 type of place. We had 2 people to a room and most rooms had an on suite bathroom. With that many women in a house, this was ideal. The kitchen was big and spacious. 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators. 1 of the refrigerators had a filter sensor on and would not make ice. The pots and pans are very low quality and possibly old. I wouldnt cook in several of the pots. It was a nice house, but its the small tings that make the stay better. Honestly, the toilet paper thing still blows my mind! You get 1 to

Family Trip 2024

Overall the stay was great. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. The only misleading thing is the word accessible in the description. My husband is in a wheelchair and the word accessible is what made us choose this house. It is not accessible at all. But thanks to my brothers. We made it work. Beautiful house

Very nice house in a great location

Very spacious and clean house. Lots of bathrooms. Location was very convenient!!! Appliances were great. Availability of early check in and late departure were much appreciated! Would book again. For 5 stars - Tennis court in community that was advertised. Working hot tub. Basic kitchen essentials (paper towels, a few dishwasher and laundry detergent pods, additional trash bags) would be nice. More towels for a larger group.

Bummer of a stay and the owner still hasn’t responded

Where do I start? We arrived, and on the surface, from the nice floor tiling to the open downstairs floor plan my initial thoughts were positive. However, as each day living in the house ticked by it became clear that whoever owns this rental has outfitted it as cheaply as possible. I notified the host multiple times with the same response, “I’ll talk to the team”. Let’s start with the bedrooms and bathrooms. While the beds were all very firm (great for me, but not for everyone), the furnishings in the room were cheap and minimal. The dusty fake plants, lamp shades without screws to hold the lamp shade in place, absence of wash cloths, missing closet doors, silly tiny bar of Eco soap and body wash, the shower curtains with red mold at the base, poorly furnished rooms, it was clear that whoever was furnishing and cleaning the place wasn’t into the details. The towels provided seemed to have never been washed which covered you in lint. This lead to a more critical eye as we lived here day to day. We were given a tiny kitchen trash can with the lid covered in rust, every single one of the unusable non stick pans scratched beyond serviceability, the plastic dishes from Walmart that were never washed and still had the brand sticker on the bottoms, the cheap plastic kitchen utensils, some melted or with food on them, coffee mugs in the cupboard with food stuck inside on the bottom, the refrigerator water filters both needing replacement (for how long!), and other issues.
