Good Orlando option

The location was great for our football camp at a nearby park. Thought it’s geographically near the park, but due to traffic, plan for a good hour to actually get into the parks. Unit was very spacious and nice, though it’s showing its agar a bit in common areas. It was clean and comfortable, functionally appointed kitchen,and nice moving space. Furniture was a little beat up, but not bad. Master bedroom had a comfortable bed. The other two rooms had substandard mattresses. Twin beds were “crunchy” and lumpy and other spare room’s bed was loud and uncomfortable just to sit on. No one slept in there. Otherwise, a great stay at a decent price for the area.

Needs some attention

Our family, all adults, stayed for one week during the Russmatt baseball tournament. Overall, it met our needs. This property needs some attention. The carpets are filthy, the refrigerator was not clean. It was evident that this property was not cleaned close to when we arrived: dust, toilet rings etc. This property is in need of repainting: huge water spots on the ceiling in the master. The ground fault plug in the kitchen had been tripped and could not be reset, yet when trying to alert the property manager, we had no luck in reaching them. NO HAIR DRYER. The door to the rusted balcony sticks and only one outside chair, all others were broken. Make sure you bring EVERYTHING you need. This property met our needs for the week, it just needs some attention.

A great place to stay!

We fully enjoyed our stay at Sunnyside Up! We loved the floorplan of this unit. It offered plenty of privacy for both couples who stayed there. The facilities at Bella Piazza are awesome! We loved both pools and the hot tub. The other people that we met there were simply wonderful! It is a place we would definitely return to.

Good location, condo could use some updates

Positives: The property is in a good location, within walking distance to grocery and restaurants. Close to Disney, but far enough away to be less congested. The grounds are well maintained and pool area was nice. The condo itself was very spacious and had fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of closet and storage space. No bugs. Maintenance was very friendly and responsive when we had a kitchen leak. Negatives: The condo is older and is in need of some updates. Beds were just so-so comfort wise. Some door handles don’t work properly (primary bedroom and balcony). Railings on balcony are rusted, as are the chairs on the balcony. Carpet had obvious age/wear stains in primary bedroom. Overall, this property has the potential to be a very nice place; it just needs a little love. :)

Comfortable & Clean Stay

Convenient proximity to Orlando and surrounding locations. There’s a Publix less than 3 minutes away. Our stay was comfortable, and I would stay again.

Great place

Spacious and clean. The only issue we really had was the key code didn’t work at check in so we had to use the lock box and key for our stay. No one came by to fix this. We couldn’t go for a dip in the pool after a long day bc pool closed at dusk. But I guess that was the complex rules. Overall it was a great stay!!!

Was a great condo

It was a wonderful condo, very spacious and a great pool area. The two down sides would be a lack of bath towels and the mattresses. You could literally feel the springs in the mattresses. They were awful. Every room had the same awful mattress.

Last Cheer Competition Stay

It was great because we were close to where we had to go each day for the cheer competition. To be right by Wide World of Sports made it nice. We are leaving with a World Cheerleading Champion!!!!

Sunny Side Up

Overall, wonderful property. Spacious, clean, great location, and very quiet. There are some details that need attention. The batteries in one TV remote were missing and there was a burned out light bulb in the master bath. There was no hairdryer (listed as an amenity) and my email to the owner (or manager, not sure which) went unanswered. The bedrooms all have bright lights outside and while there are window coverings, the windows really need blackout drapes. Much too bright for sleeping if you need any amount of darkness. I would recommend this property and would stay here again. I would hope there were blackout drapes, however!

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo is nicely laid out and there was ample room for the five of us. Pool was great! Location was close enough to the parks for us, and far enough away from the craziness that is around them to be a quiet spot.

Very Nice Place/ Great Issue Response

This is a very nice corner condo close to Disney but yet tucked away from some of the traffic. The owners are very responsive to messages and even had maintenance come out to fix a issue that happened within a hour (and it was after 5 when we found/ reported the issue). The owners checked back to make sure the issue had been resolved and ensured things were going smoothly. Very easy check in/ out process and property details were accurate in the listing and I will look to book again on my next trip to this area. The property is very nice as well with 2 pools, hot tub, plenty of parking, and is located close to a shopping center with places to eat and shop for groceries. Great Place to stay.
