Amazing place, will be better once the spa opens. Not enough sunbeds/cabanas for the number of rooms. Very limited menu at the hotels only restaurant. Mini markets and convenience stores are 25 minutes walk away. Staff speak limited English which isn’t an issue but can create issues with the simplest of things. Overall, enjoyable stay

Wir haben uns sehr auf den Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel gefreut, da es sehr neu ist und auf den Bildern wahnsinnig schön aussieht. Die Aussicht und Ausstattung des Hotels überzeugt auch vor Ort. Leider hatten wir ein paar kleinere Kritikpunkte, die vor Ort kein Ohr gefunden hatten: -die Mitarbeiter sprechen für ein Hotel mit internationalen Gästen nur semi gutes Englisch. Gerade an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück und im Restaurant müssten Standardsätze/Wörter geübt werden -die Liegen am Pool sind teilweise ganztägig geblockt, aber niemand ist da. Wir hatten erst keine Möglichkeit eine zu nutzen, obwohl mit uns nur ein anderes Pärchen vor Ort war. Wir hatten dies angesprochen und da wurde nur mit den Schultern gezuckt & gesagt "ist halt so". Hier wäre drauf zu achten, dass nach 1 Stunde Abwesenheit die Handtücher weggenommen werden. -Beschriftungen beim Frühstück. Hier ist nichts ausgeschildert und der Kellner hat "versucht" auf Englisch zu sagen, was das ist. Mit Allergien sehr gefährlich -Rauchen beim Frühstück -Speisekarte im Restaurant: Diese war A4 Ausdruck auf albanisch. Wir fragten nach einer englischen Karte,da wurde uns gesagt "wir sollen es einfach mit Chatgpt übersetzen". Die Übersetzung hatte nicht funktioniert und wir haben das Restaurant ohne Essen verlassen, da wir die Karte nicht verstanden hatten. Die Kellner wollten, obwohl nur 2 Tische belegt waren uns nicht bei der Übersetzung helfen. Das Hotel hat definitiv Potenzial,muss sich aber noch etwas verbessern

Service à améliorer

On est arrivées à 23h et la chambre n'a même pas été préparée. On a payé un supplément vue sur mer, la vue n'était pas vraiment au RDV, on pouvait entrevoir la mer si on n'avait pas peur d'un torticolis. On a eu un frigo chaud et une moisissure d'une quinzaine de centimètres. Des cheveux sur les draps. Le ménage n'est pas fait quotidiennement, on a dû se mettre en colère, sans compter qu'on n'avait pas d'eau quotidiennement. On a pris une chambre pour 3, en fait c'est un lit pour 2 et une banquette inconfortable. Le personnel n'a même pas présenté d'excuses. La manager, était désagréable jusqu'au bout. Le bon côté de cet hôtel est sa plage très très agréable et jolie et sa piscine est très très jolie. Le restau a un joli cadre et bon. Bien que le personnel soit gentil, le service est franchement médiocre. Ça ne vaut pas encore son prix.
