The rating for each category couldn’t be left blank so I had to put something we didn’t get to stay at the property because we had to cancel our trip due to our family having the flu. We could not travel. The disappointing part about the communication is we kept getting automated messages about check-in and check out even knowing they knew that we were not there and we couldn’t stay and I’m still getting messages to review my stay that never happened. It’s just disappointing that the property management team is not acknowledging that we were not there and still sending us messages like we were there.
