Jen, Thank you for your valuable feedback. We sincerely apologized about the shuttle service to Disneyland and for the inaccurate information from Travelocity. The hotel does no longer operate any shuttle to any of the parks. Alternative modes of transportation like taking a cab, Uber or Lyft will be the next recommendable options for you. We had further communicated about your room phone not being functional during your stay and we are diligently working on it to resolve the technical issue. Thank you again for staying with us. We strive our best efforts to upheld our hotel standards to maintain our star rating and to provide quality accommodations to all of our guests. We have taken note of your review from your visit and this was further discussed to the team to improve the general condition of the room and direct our housekeeping efforts to be stringent on maintaining cleanliness of all aspects of the room environment. We also apologized if you we have not fulfilled your breakfast expectations. Our boutique hotel only serves strictly continental breakfast which is considered a light breakfast. This is in contrast to a full-service breakfast offered by bigger hotels with food and beverage facilities. At the time of your visit, the room rates that we offer was reflective of the demand for accommodations in the area and was considered peak season. Our rates are very reasonable and definitely budget friendly if you are visiting the town and going to nearby attractions. Again, we sincerely appreciate your stay and your business with us.

We had concluded our investigation and this was not a legitimate claim and without any substantial merit. Our team will work substantively to repair, replace and update it if necessary most specifically about the beds and the bathroom sink that you have mentioned on your review. Rest assured that we will work diligently to further improve our services and enhance your future visit. While the guest rooms are built to be sound proof and restrict outside noise, there were situations that other hotel guests would create distractions and noises that would become a challenge for us. If reported immediately, our hotel strictly implements zero tolerance for noise complaints that cause disruption of other staying guests and will be dealt by management in an expeditious manner. Lastly, we also apologized if you were not able to avail our limited shuttle service. Again, thank you again for staying with us. We sincerely appreciate your business.
