Nuestro edificio cuenta con una hermosa piscina frente a la playa con cascadas, una piscina cubierta y varios jacuzzis. Y sí, hay una piscina para niños que está cercada para la seguridad de sus hijos. Esta lujosa instalación cuenta con una cancha de raquetbol cubierta, un gimnasio de última generación y una sauna. ¡No se sentirá decepcionado ni podrá encontrar este nivel de lujo y comodidad en cualquier lugar por este precio! Este condominio de 2 dormitorios está ubicado en el edificio Phoenix VI en Orange Beach, AL. El salón tiene un sofá cama y televisión de pantalla plana.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King Size con ropa de cama mejorada, TV de pantalla plana, ventilador de techo, lámparas de lectura, armario, plancha y tabla de planchar y una entrada privada al balcón. El baño principal privado está equipado con tocador doble, toallas de lujo, secador de cabello y combinación de bañera y ducha.

Esta habitación cuenta con 2 camas de tamaño completo con TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD, ventilador de techo, lámpara de lectura y un amplio armario. El baño privado cuenta con bañera y ducha, toallas de lujo y secador de pelo.

Fantastic first stay in Orange Beach

Phoenix VI was a great location, had all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation (even had a sauna), nice sandy beach, and a great surprise with the unit providing beach chairs and umbrella.

Great location but dated property

The location was great but is sold as accommodations for 8 and not true. The sofa bed is not even a comfortable or clean sofa, much less a bed. Red soda stains on rug were disappointing, if your looking for a family of 6 and ok with 10 year old furniture, then this place will work great.

Third spring break family vacation in orange beach!

We’ve always been pleased with Phoenix condos, but this one could use a few upgrades beginning with the mattresses and pillows. The fourth floor location made for easy access to the pool and beach, but instead of hearing the ocean each morning and evening, the pool fountain below obscured the sound. We loved the separate double sink “getting ready” area from the toilet and shower area. We once again had a fantastic stay at this hidden gem on the gulf coast!

Great view !

View from balcony was great ! Loved that main bathroom had double sinks outside of the toilet / shower so 2 can get ready at same time . Space was fine & was clean upon arrival . The only drawback for us was that the balcony was smaller than it appears & the bar high furniture on it was not good for kids . Liked that blackout curtains were in main bedroom too .

Bring your own bath towels!

Property was fine, but it is smaller than it appears. There could be some minor upgrades that would make it nicer- new, nicer interior doors. We almost purchased new bath towels to gift to the condo- they were so thin and low quality. The location was good, check in process easy and overall a good stay.

Top rated customer service

Arrived early and called to see if it was possible to check in earlier. They were very polite and gave us a temporary code to enter the room until our normal code was in effect. Also told us to call if we had any issues- which we did not. We were very satisfied and would use this unit again in the future.

Average condo at a very nice facility

Our condo was fairly clean, with exceptions in the master bath with peeling paint and a large fecal streak left on the toilet seat upon arrival. The first night we noticed the ceiling above our shower was damp and we called the site manager who notified the building maintenance crew. Nobody came to address the issue and by day two my wife and I awoke to water pouring out of the ceiling light fixture . We called the site manager again and they worked with the building maintenance team to address the issue.

Decent place to stay but needs a little updating

I will try to make this brief yet give you all the information you may need to make your travel decisions. The place is decent however a bit outdated. As others have said the furniture in the living room needs to be replaced. I can't speak for the king bed in the master bedroom but the 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds that are bolted to the wall. the beds are OK but could use a replacement. The pictures are deceiving as it is smaller than it looks. The balcony is nice, beautiful view of the ocean. It is small though. Has 4 chairs and 1 lounge chair. That's about all the room you will have. Gets a little sun but not much. The kitchen is well stocked with whatever you could need as far as utensils for cooking etc. What I would suggest you bring or buy is dishwasher tabs, (there is 1 available ) garbage bags and smaller ones for recycling, (however found out they do not recycle ) very disappointing. So much waste. Anyway, I would also bring coffee filters (the basket type not the cone size) .and dish soap. If you want to do a little laundry, bring a few Tide Pods rather than buy them. I put 3 in a rubber maid container in my suitcase. worked well!. No lawn chairs are available in the condo however you can rent them on the beach. A bit pricey but you get 2 chairs and an umbrella. I think they were something like 40 dollars for the day but not positive. They have towels for your use which are like sandpaper! Yikes! The Condo was clean despite other reviews. We had no issues Check in was easy, they send you the code to the door several days before your arrival. Will not work if you show up early. You have to pay for parking! I somehow did not know that on arrival. Hot tubs are very small. Didn't use them. There were lots of families with children using the pool We really did not use the facility much at all. We bought ice also. The freezer has an icemaker however was not enough for 4 adults. Water tastes terrible but then I feel like I'm a water snob. We are on a well and the chorine taste was too much for me. We bought 4 gallons of water for about 5 days. We like our coffee.

Disappointed

My family and I were looking forward to this trip, but we were disappointed in the condition of this condo. It was quite dirty-food fingerprints on the refrigerator, hair and sand all over the bathroom floors, something sticky on the counters. In the bedroom cloesest to the front door there is a giant hole in the wall that is covered up by a picture, in the master bathroom the drywall near the door is pushed in, and in the living room is a cracked outlet cover that exposes the wires. The pictures on the website are deceiving to what the condo actually looks like. The owners definitely need to look into a better cleaning service for what they charge the renter!

Nice place

In general we were all happy with the unit and the building/location. The unit was clean, the beds comfortable and the view was beautiful. Nevertheless, we collectively did not feel it was worth it for the money spent (over $1000/night with fees and taxes) and are not likely to stay again, at least at the price we paid. We realize it was our choice to visit in high season and we were desperate to book something since we had already booked the 1st part of our trip (3 nights in NOLA) but I guess we all expected just a little more. The photos made the unit appear much larger than it actually was and the 7 of us were a little more cramped than we expected. There was also one small item we collectively agreed put a bad taste in our mouths from the beginning. We were surprised the owner only supplied one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one packet each of dishwasher and laundry soap and 2 small trash bags. After booking, it was suggested we might want to pack & bring these items along. Since we did not have extra room in our luggage for bulky items like toilet paper and paper towels, this required a trip to the store. This may not seem like a big deal in the scope of things but when spending this kind of money, we agreed it would be a very easy thing for the owner to supply just a few extras of these simple and inexpensive items to make a guest feel more welcome and to enhance the overall experience. Our stay was in whole, an overall good experience but these small things are the reason for 4 stars rather than 5.

Great location. Small patio. Kinda dirty.

The patio is pretty cramped compared to other surrounding it. Great location. They also charge a significant cleaning fee, but the place felt pretty dirty. When we arrived, there was hair/sand on the the floors. Underneath the beds and couches were lots of dirt. I don’t think it’s been clean under there for months. Pubic hair in the tubs/showed which was gross and also hair found in one of the beds. Washer and dryer are ridiculously loud and I wonder if the dryer is vented correctly as when it runs it heats up the entire hallway. Location is great and beach is fantastic. Condo pool is also crazy big. Parking on a busy weekend is tough. Also elevators take forever around 9-10am as people are headed to the beach

Wonderful location

Nice condo, front row seat to the ocean...loved drinking coffee every morning on the deck! Beds are comfortable. Microwave did not work when we arrived...it was replaced with a new one the next morning! We would love to stay here again

Nice beach trip with condo cleanliness issues

This condo was exactly what we needed for our 4 person group. All accommodations were very nice. Beds were comfortable. Had all kitchen things we needed, although some were pretty worn and need replacing. I was worried that the 4th floor would not have a very good view, but it truly was amazing! And there was a table on the balcony flush against the railing that was perfect for meals outside or just watching the dolphins. The issues we had were with the cleanliness of the condo. Supposedly inspectors come after the cleaning crew, but they must have missed this one. There was an oreo cookie and food mess underneath the sofa. The coffee pot had not been cleaned and was left with coffee in it. And the place you put the dishwasher tab was caked with the dishwasher powder. It was clear the the last batch of dishes had not been properly cleaned. I notified housekeeping of the issue and she was very apologetic. Next time we know to go directly through the rental agency to book this unit as to avoid the VRBO fee.
