We had a good weekend

The layout of the condo is nice. It is in need of a good cleaning and repair. Some of the drains were very slow. The WIFI info they give you is wrong. The technical support is not available at night, so it took one night before it was straightened out. The furniture is nice & the view is beautiful.

Orange Beach family vacation and Kenny concert

Location on orange beach, with pool and close beach access was fantastic. Parking became an issue. We crammed all of us into one vehicle to minimize the possibility of not having on site parking but unfortunately it was an issue. Definitely a miss on the part of ownership group. Not including enough on site parking for all the units in building seems like such a basic miss. Otherwise it is a convenient location and unit was functional for sure.

Dirty Enclave

The condo is nice and roomy and in a good location but it was not as clean as it should have been. One bed had torn bed sheets with one of the holes as big as my fist in it. Another bed had blood stains on the comforter and a females bra was left haging on the door. When i reported this to the person in charge the next morning they told me someone with cleaning would come and let me know when they were coming so we could be there. They come that night while we where at dinner dropped sheets off in floor and tracked mud all through house. And shower head was broke. Worst experience with vrbo to date hope this is addressed and is not a sign of what the future will hold. This is also the first time being shopped out to vacassa from VRBO!

Nice condo

Enjoyed the condo, but the parking was a major issue. Confused why I have to pay a lot to stay here and then walk to Fairfield to pay for parking. Every night the parking spaces were taken with cars that didn’t have a parking pass. The shower knobs could be cleaned better, they appear to have mold inside the clear shower knobs. The water pressure was excellent. I would stay here again, if I was guaranteed a parking spot. Very inconvenient to have to drop off groceries and the park off site.

Excellent Stay in Orange Beach

My friends and I had a great experience staying here! The condo was beautiful and very spacious, with lots of mirrors (which is great for a large group of women getting ready). The balcony view was also gorgeous. Everything was clean and the check-in process was easy. The only issue was that the pull out couch bed was pretty uncomfortable, but that is typical of pull out beds. Overall would definitely recommend this place for your stay!

Property was very nice . Biggest issue was the sliding door to the patio. none f the women could open or close it. It is an ongoing issue as a procedure to cool to 70 then the door may open was posted in the condo. Spend a few bucks which may be as easy as clening the filty door tracks and fix it!!!!!

Disappointed

Sliding doors very hard to open, spoke to property manager about mold in bathroom stated he would refund some money or have someone come in and clean area, never followed through on either one. Parking was terrible, partio much smaller than I was expecting.

Worse and most expensive stay

Horrible communication, called 3 times and nothing resolved, they didn’t even try. Was not told there was water damage- blowers & dehumidifiers in condo & could not hear each other. One bedroom could not even used because of equipment in there. Filthy dirty & had to pay cleaning cost. Sent pictures and videos of all damage and still did not hear back from them. Could not get over how filthy it was. Sheets in master bedroom had blood on sheets. Had clean towels but that was about all they did. Totally disgusted and booking people are useless. Don’t ever stay at The Enclave in Orange Beach, AL all the people we talked to were so mad because no one was told of water damage. The rental team that we rented from told us nothing. We talked to security guard and was asking about parking because there more condos than parking places and we were never told where to park if all places were taken which happened to us. All we asked for was some money back since the condo was in horrible shape and we were not told of all the damage. We could have rebooked for a different time but I guess they only want your money and don’t care anything about their renters being happy. First time to visit Orange Beach and probably the last since it was a horrible experience.

Awesome views! Not relaxing!

Because of recent storm water had come into Comdo before our arrival! There were 5 fans and 1 dehumidifier! It was very loud and we had to yell at each other to talk. Men in and out of Condo even when we were not there! Privacy???NO! Mold on ceiling in Bath and on shower heads! It could be a wonderful place to stay!
