There are no cabinet doors. The curtains don't close and are hanging off. The phone doesn't work. The TV doesn't work. And there are plastered over holes in the wall and a rusty leaky shower. Worst hotel I've ever EVER seen. And 500./0 a NIGHT! Horrible

1. Noisy 2. Air conditioner doesn’t cool the room. For the price i paid, i could have went to a dump and had a better experience. Will not be back.

Particularly enjoyed having a full-size refrigerator and kitchen area. Bathroom is a nice layout. The bedroom and suite were ideal for my family.

Elevator was very slow. But, everything else was great. The staff was very helpful and nice. I will defiantly stay there again.

Room we were in showed a fair amount of wear and tear. Dink’s and chips in a lot of the furniture. Frame for bed bolted into sheet rock, which subsequently has ripped through the Sheetrock. Felt like there was no padding underneath the carpet. Room was clean and happy hour was very nice.

Great hotel, excellent staff!

Pros: Almost everything! Gym, laundry room, pool, complimentary full breakfast, plus snacks to buy and cook in the room with a full kitchen.
Cons: Housekeeping/laundry on 1st floor w/ guest rooms around it. May be better at end of hall.
Location: Very central to everything we needed. Enjoyed The Track, the beach, restaurants, etc.
I accidentally messed up my check in dates while booking online and the hotel staff worked with Travelocity to correct the problem and accommodate my family. We had a wonderful stay, very clean, quiet, and excellent facilities. Location is perfect, close to great family interests but not in the thickest of traffic.
