Perfect!

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again! Condo was clean and spacious enough for our family. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Close to elevators and we never heard any noise from it. We loved sitting out on the balcony with our coffee each morning enjoying the view of the ocean. We were sad we had to leave! ):

Amazing place

I cannot say enough great things about this condo ! Property managers were amazing. So prompt on sending details about our stay. They cut a light on us for because we were arriving late. They then checked on us during our stay ! I would highly recommend this place to others. The unit was gorgeous ! Very clean ! Beds were really comfy ! We had an amazing time!

Wonderful Retreat

My mom, daughter and I came down from Michigan for a week. This condo was incredible! The views are amazing! We loved being so accessible to the beach and also really enjoyed afternoons on the balcony. Also, the master shower was so nice! Great job on the reno! There is a lot to do in the area. We will definitely be back. Best vacation ever!

Regency Fun

Our kids made memories of a lifetime. We loved the daily routine of the beach, then pool towards the end of the day. For windy days, the pool offered a giant wind blocker with the building as well. The unit itself was updated more than most & sunrises on the patio never got old. Location wise, it was quiet in that area, but a quick drive if you wanted to go to the popular restaurants.

Disappointed

Condo decor was nice, enjoyed the beach and balcony. The master bathroom shower door was difficult to open and shut, had to lift up on the door to get it to work properly. Mirror around the tub was taped to wall so did not feel safe to use tub. Bed was comfortable but high off the floor , had steps under bed to help get into the bed. Guest bathroom faucet drip the entire stay, toilet clogged up maintenance came and unclog. Kitchen counter tops were gritty and dirty, had to wipe down before unloading groceries. At night the loud icemaker would start up. Could hear people upstairs taking their showers and flushing their toilets. Would recommend to the owners to upgrade their bathrooms, lower their bed in master bedroom and check behind their cleaning crew.

Need to update the baths and balcony

This is a freshly decorated condo, but the balcony is barely useable bc of the uncomfortable furniture. We consider this an important living space at the beach so it would be amazing if the loungers at least were comfy. Baths need updating, especially the master. Shower door is flimsy, gets stuck, and shower is tiny. Mirror had come off the wall above the tub. I think if these things are corrected, then the condo will be on par with others at this price. Beds were comfy. Definitely bring your own everything-beach towels, garbage bags, kitchen items down to salt and pepper.

Near Perfect!

We absolutely loved this condo! As a long time vacationer to OB this was our first stay across the bay... LOVED the location and the property!! Perfect for a family vacation! Our condo was Superb and very spacious and very clean!! LOVED the ice machine in the condo!! Master bed is soo comfy (a little high but there was a step stool for us shorter ppl ;-) The master bath could use a update the shower is very small but the master bath is HUGE! Overall, we will return to this condo! Julie was our property manager, she was super nice and only a text away!

Orange Beach Cheer Competition

Very well maintained property and condo. Check in very easy, staff was extremely helpful and accessible. Condo very tastefully decorated, beds very comfortable. Indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs.
