Condo was located in a quiet area of Orange Beach. If you are OK driving most places or eating at the condo, it’s a great spot. Ground floor unit is perfect for going back and forth to the beach. The beach was pretty clean. There is a decent amount of erosion, so be prepared to step down to get into the water. The complex is a low-rise, so it’s much easier to navigate and more relaxing than the high-rise complexes.Plenty of comfortable seating for our family of five with three teens. The condo was big enough that everyone could have their own space when they needed it. The pool between C&D wings was comfortably heated even in cooler weather.The beds were comfortable. However, the listing says there are two twins in one of the rooms and that is not accurate. There is a double bed in each guest room.Property was surface clean, but it needs a deep clean in spots. Grout in master shower and around the base of the shower were gross. I wouldn’t get in the jetted tub. There were several other areas that needed some deeper cleaning (microwave, stove, laundry closet, washer/dryer).We arrived around 5:45 on a Friday night and the door code would not work. It took us well over an hour to get a call back from the owner. We went to dinner, so it wasn’t a huge inconvenience, but I’ve definitely had better communication and attentiveness from other hosts.It’s not a “Wow, this is amazing,” kind of place for us, but it was a solid last minute option and was a good value.
