The unit supplied everything as mentioned in description. The beds were comfortable, plenty of additional bedding, and super comfortable large sofa. Our family of 5 had a great time. As the mom my favorite part of a vacation is where I'll be relaxing and this was a cozy perfect spot. Well lit elevator area with 4 elevators. Thank you

The location and amenities were very nice! My kids didn’t want to leave the pools or splash pad! Only things I wish we could have had was more cleaning supplies and better tools to clean the floor up from all of the sand. Kid friendly room, but lots of breakable things, so you just have to be on your guard with kids! The beds were a little hard, but we managed! All in all so glad that we stayed here!

Room was clean. Outside patio light didn’t work, was suppose to come fix but never showed up.Location is great, right in the middle of gulf shores and orange beach. Having multiple elevators was great. Never had to waitTons of luggage carts to make arriving and leaving easier as well.

Great view, great location, good value

Really enjoyed our stay. The property could use some upgrades, but the condo was nice and clean. Very good location for restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. Beach views are very good. Although it was a very busy holiday weekend, noise wasn't a problem at night. Would definitely recommend.

The view was amazing!

This was a great condominium! Close to the elevator doors. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. The beds were good. I liked that the kids bedroom was on the opposite side of the primary bedroom.

Excellent Stay!

I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, and great view. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area. Lots of activities offered from the Phoenix V complex for the family to enjoy on site! Really liked that there was a pool and splash pad available, it came in handy when it looked like it might rain so we were able to move off the beach and over to the condo complex for the children to continue their play time! Room stayed nice and cool during our stay and the beds were comfortable.

As we were told when we booked, there would be workers making noise and boy was it, but we managed. You’ve got to keep up maintenance so we understood.

Beachball did a good job of communicating, if not a little over communicative at points. Our door code didnt work, which meant I had to contact them after hours when we got to the condo. It did take several door codes before one worked, but the staff were very helpful. The condo itself does need some refreshing, but we really enjoyed the amenities on the property. The "parking fee" was pretty steep for a weekend. It would have been nice to know this before staying, as we were expecting the normal 20-25, not 55, and we would have limited our vehicles. Overall, it was a nice trip, but the few detractors meant it was 4 stars vice 5.

Spring family trip

While the location and amenities are great, the couch was soo uncomfortable as well as the beds. Furniture definitely needs to be updated. A small sectional would be great. We left a day early due to the furniture being so uncomfortable.

Needs updating

Overall a good stay. There was no mattress pad for master bedroom and the recliner needs to be trashed. New living room furniture would be a good idea.

First the bad… ice maker did not work, top of fridge was dirty, could have used a grab bar in the master bath, dishwasher made a horrible noise but I think it still did it's job. Location was great, easy check in and out. Front desk ladies did their job but didn't offer extra info to all that were checking in. Could have been the number of people checking in at the same time. If the building had been full I can see where parking might be a problem. Amenities were great. Beach, pool, splash pad and indoor pool were easily accessible! We will be back!
