It feels like you are on the beach when sitting on the patio. It`s located at one of the most popular Orange Beach locations. Enjoy the emerald water and sugar white sands of Orange Beach at `The Breakers`. This is a non-smoking unit and very family friendly. The beach is right outside your door. Watch the dolphins cruising by in the mornings.

You just can`t beat the location! Three shopping centers and great dining across the street. Beautiful golf courses and marinas all within a couple miles of your door. This convenient ground floor unit has a fantastic beach and pool view right at your doorstep. If you`re on the beach and need to run up to the condo, no problem, your door is just steps away. Stay here and eliminate all the hassles of long treks to the beach. We also have two other ground floor units if your party needs more space. That`s right 3 ground floor condos side by side.

Beautifully redecorated with fresh colorful paint. Spacious (1200 sq ft.) two bedroom, two bath, with queen sofa/sleeper in living area will comfortably sleep six. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen. Linens are provided, but bring your beach towels. No Singles under 25, No Pets & No Smoking inside the unit.

Our family had a great stay at The Breakers condo in Orange Beach. The condo was perfect. Just a few steps to the pool, and a few steps to the sand. The accessibility was perfect for bringing young children to the beach, and also for the grandparents. Could not have asked for a better location- across the street from anything you needed (grocery shopping, souvenir stores, restaurants). Communication with Randall was great! We can’t wait to return. Great direct access to the beach!!

We loved this ground floor condo. Very short walk to the beach and that makes a big difference when you bring a lot of things with you. Great area with a Walmart marketplace across the street if you forget to bring anything with you. Lots of shopping and great restaurants to enjoy. We felt safe the entire time. Large parking lot area as well.

We had a wonderful stay! We absolutely love being on the ground floor and 65 steps to the sand. It is very convenient for having little ones! The unit is a little dated but we are not picky. Randall was easy to get a hold of when we had a question! Looking into booking at this location again next year.
