We enjoyed our stay very much! Parking outside on the 4th floor and walking straight into our room was so convenient. The bedrooms were nice. Beds were decent. The pools looked fun but we spent our entire time at the beach! Perfect week!

The condo was awesome. It was a great size for our family of 14. It was well furnished and actually better than what I had seen on the VRBO information. The owner was always very prompt answering questions before as well as during our stay. We had no problems with the rental. I would gladly stay here again.

Great property with the best pool/slide around. Being on the 4th floor made loading/unloading super easy. The kitchen had the basics needed, and the condo had all the room you could ask for. We would return!

The unit was perfect size for our large family of 14. We could have used more towels, bath clothes & pots, pans and cookie sheets but we made do. We had a great time and loved the views, lazy River and beach access. Will visit again.

Vacation With Friends

Our family had a week long stay with some of our friends and their family. It was amazing. There were 10 of us and we all loved it. Condo is well maintained and nice decore. The beds were comfortable along with the furniture. Loved the easy access to parking garage. We will definitely stay here again.

Great proximity to the beach

The house was comfortable, the ease of getting to the beach was great, and the condo amenities were wonderful. My kids loved the pool, waterslide and hot tub. The condo itself was mostly clean, but the floors needed better attention paid to them in the cleaning process. No complaints with the condo, however the starter pack of toilet paper, soap, shampoo was pretty meager. That felt disappointing with the amount we paid for the place. Had we known we would have brought hand soap, body wash, dishwasher soap, paper towels, etc. Perhaps having a better explanation of how many rolls of toilet paper, not providing hand soap, etc could help people better prepare.

Perfect Stay

We’ve stayed at a few different beachfront locations in Orange Beach, and this was our favorite. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully designed. Our family visited during Spring Break and we made the most of each day—soaking up the sun on the beach, then unwinding in the hot tub and lazy river in the evenings. The best part may have been the sound of the Gulf. With the patio doors open, we could hear the waves crashing—creating a relaxing backdrop to our stay. We spent a fair amount of time on the patio, enjoying the views, the breeze, fresh caught fish, and games.It was a great vacation, and we look forward to returning again soon.

Will definitely stay again!

We were a group of 12 staying for a cheer competition. We had 6 adults and 6 kids between the ages of 9 and 13. We are absolutely in love with this location. The condo was beautiful and clean! The view was amazing. The location is perfect! We could not hear any noise from other condos and the desk staff was very friendly at check in. This was my first time ever booking a VRBO and it was so easy

Awesome place and experience

This was a fantastic place to stay! Our families had a great time and lots of things to do at this property. The owner was great to work with and readily available for any questions we had leading up to our vacation. We would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Spring break for our family with our friends

6 adults and 6 kids. We had the best week together! Loved the condo and facilities! Used the gym, the pool, and the beach! Loved being located directly across the road from an entry point to the Gulf State Park Nature trail pathways. We walked and ran miles and miles this week, every morning. The location is perfect! Even loved the coffee and smoothies across the road and ice cream just up the road walking distance. We ate at so many great places this week. Our favorite was Fisherman’s Corner in Perdido. We would choose staying at this location again and again for all the amenities within reach!

The condo was excellent. Only issues we had which wasnt that bad was outlets above wet bar didnt work and there was no hair dyers in bathrooms. Maybe i misread it but thought it said there will be ones in each bathroom. Again wasnt a huge deal for us but could be for someone else. Floors was dirty. Feet were black from walking around. The fees we have to pay for cleaning they could do better on that front

Christmas in October

I usually take my children and grandchildren on a trip the week after Christmas as their Christmas present. This year our school district gave us a week off for fall break and we decided that we wanted a beach trip for Christmas in October. After looking at numerous condos, we settled on this one. We are so glad we did. It was perfect and one of the best trips we have ever had. The condo was so spacious and clean. It had everything we needed. My kids and grandkids alike loved the lazy river and all of the indoor outdoor swimming areas, the weather was perfect. We spent as much time on the beach and in the pools as possible. We will be returning next year if at all possible.
