The two rooms I reserved were not prepared for occupancy when I arrived at 3:00 pm. Although not a Hilton issue, the noise level of outside music revelry made my bed vibrate and I was unable to go to sleep until 1:30 am on the two nights of my stay. I appreciated the personableness and helpfulness of staff. Location of the Hotel was super regarding my plans for the stay.

First off customer service amazing. I walked in looking and feeling homeless, they treated me like any other person who walks in the doors. Can’t say enough how clean it was. Room was beautiful. Even with a College World Series crowd it was still easy to get the help I needed.
