Garibaldi Suites 4, Renovated 1BR Suite in Olbia's Historic Centre

Garibaldi Suites 4 is a renovated one-bedroom suite located on the second floor of a beautifully restored historic building on Via Garibaldi, in Olbia’s old town. The location offers immediate access to cafés, restaurants, wine bars, the marina, and Corso Umberto, while remaining surprisingly quiet for such a central address.

The apartment is designed for guests who value comfort, walkability, and authentic city life. Interiors combine historic character with modern functionality, creating a calm and practical space for couples, families, or remote workers.

The bedroom features a king-size bed prepared with premium hotel-grade linens, ergonomic pillows, and a Smart TV. The living area includes a comfortable sofa bed with a topper for additional guests, fast Wi-Fi, and a large Smart TV for relaxed evenings in. The custom-made CREO kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, from breakfast to full meals, with quality appliances and cookware.

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, washer-dryer, and a full set of towels. A beach kit is included (a parasol, one quick-dry beach towel per guest and a cool bag with four ice packs) for easy beach days at Pittulongu, Bados, or Porto Istana, all reachable by car within minutes. A welcome package is waiting for you on arrival.

Arrival is simple and independent thanks to 24/7 digital self check-in via VIKEY, in compliance with Italian regulations. Parking is a rare advantage for this area: secure gated parking is available nearby on request, with additional free street parking within walking distance.

Every stay includes access to the RENTAL12 Digital Guidebook, curated locally with house information, ZTL and parking guidance, transport contacts, and selected restaurants, cafés, beaches, and markets.

This home is part of the RENTAL12 owner-operated collection. The property is privately owned and managed entirely by our in-house team, ensuring consistent standards, professional cleaning, and fast, direct support throughout your stay.
