Very close to downtown Edmond. Many restaurants and bars are within walking distance. UCO is also very close by. Downtown OKC is about a 35 min drive (mostly highway).

This is a 6 unit building near Downtown Edmond.

Many of the rooms are nearly identical; details such as window placements and views seen in the photos may not be exact. When accommodating larger groups, we cannot always guarantee that guests will all be on the same side of the building. Please inquire if you have questions!

Please be aware of the following potential fees:
- A separate refundable security deposit may be required before check-in.
- There is an additional fee PER PET.
- We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee.
- Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.
- Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30.
- There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11.
- We have a "Minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. Three notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee, and we may ask your group to leave the property. These monitors are intended to help us detect parties, not to prevent a small group from having fun! And if you're bringing a baby or toddler and you're concerned about the noise monitor, don't be!
- Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee, along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested.
- The booking platform automatically calculates the price based on the number of guests and pets that you select. If you enter in the wrong number of guests/ pets, then there could be additional charges.

Please note: We may require a separate, refundable security deposit before check-in. If one applies to your stay, we'll send the amount and instructions after booking, and it's fully refunded after checkout as long as there's no damage or house-rule violation.
