Our romantic stay in the suite was ruined because of the subpar cleanliness of our room. The in room whirlpool tub was disgustingly filthy, floors were dirty, & bathroom was nasty. Confronting the front desk with the condition of our suite was no help, we ended up leaving and found a wonderful romantic suite in Norman.

The room was clean, area safe. The only issue was outside the front doors smelled of marijuana and cat urine. There was also a car parked in front of the ramp to the front door making it impossible to push a luggage cart to our car. Not very considerate of others.

I've stayed here 2 times in the last 2 weeks. The sinks won't drain, the toilet seat is loose and slides around. The alarm clock on both weekends were set, one went off at 5 and the other time we stayed it went off at 4:30. You may have a housekeeper that thinks this is a funny joke...well you won't be setting an alarm for us...cause we're done staying here!! See ya ✌️

The couches were so dirty and stained the jacuzzi tub stopper didn’t work the bathroom light had a short in it and wouldn’t turn on. The tv in the bedroom was so so so small for presidential suite! The pilllows were horrible and really small and you had to turn the acs down to 65 to get the rooms not hot. First room they put me in they had a big loud barking dog in the next room and the couch in there was disgusting dirty and stained the dresser in the bedroom had damage to it so we asked to switch rooms and got into that other room that was worse than the one before..
