The air conditioner didn’t work right, the cable box wasn’t working (staff was annoyed he had to help fix it), we made 3 trips - 3 different days to the front desk ( which there’s no sign to tell you which way to go to get there) was opposite end of the front desk because the room keys kept expiring. It’s not in a real good neighborhood either. I will not be staying again.

Staff was very rude, in all interactions whether it was my wife or myself the staff was rude and acted inconvenienced and very sarcastic when we interacted with them On our arrival we checked in, and the keys we were provided would not open the entrance we were directed to. As it turns out the lady who checked us in indicated that entrance was locked, but only after we walked back tot wh front desk and told her the keys were broken. She used it on a newrby door and said “it works for me” No additional guidance on allowing the key to remain in the lock briefly before removing, nothing. Just “it works for me” so i asked her to show me how to make it work on the entrance we needed to be using and she rolled her eyes and indicated this wasn’t something she needed to do. Eventually she agreed and then informed me the entrance i was trying to use was locked. Then she left. The other entrance wasn't working until another guest showed us the trick of it. The following day my wife took my two young grandchildren to the breakfast, and while there asked the front desk to provide us a “do not disturb” sign. The man huffed and rolled his eyes before stating “you should have one” in an unfriendly tone. When my wife indicated she did not the man stated that it was in the room, again with the tone of “don't bother me” There was a young woman at the front desk on tuesday morning 10/30 who was very polite and helpful. That was the sole positive interaction.

I booked 2 rooms and both rooms are smell like pet pee. They gave me pet rooms because I brought a dog. One of the rooms has no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Our room was clean and cold upon checking in. The beds were comfortable, everything worked as it should. Breakfast was good. Eggs, potatoes,sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, waffles and toast. Coffee, Orange juice, apple juice and milk.

I have stayed at this motel many times and the experience has always been excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds are the perfect level of softness and firmness. The hallway and the facility are quiet, making it easy to rest and sleep. Staff is polite and professional, always filling requests quickly and efficiently. Breakfast is a great way to start any day and it is exceptional at this motel. I often travel alone and feel safe as the parking areas are well lit, clean and do not seem to have many people not staying there walking around.
