Friendly front desk workers. Biggest issue was the lack of hot water in any of the 3 rooms my family and I were in after 1 person took a shower. This doesn't work very well when you're sharing your room with more than 1 person.

Terrible management!!

We had to take ice cold showers almost everytime for 5 days. I informed management and never received any responses from either the assistant manager or general manager. Our bathroom was literally falling apart! We couldn't take a shower without shoving our fingers up into the spoutand forcing the valve to close. Very disappointed!!
