The hotel was clean and comfortable . Especially with all the coronavirus going around. I was very happy. Also i have allergies with cats to find a good best to stay. I will be back.

I want to start by saying that this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. And I mean absolutely HORRIBLE! When were not aware that the hotel charges you the price of your room twice. The said when we got there that we had to pay again because our first payment was a deposit. No where did it or does it state that In the policy. We were told to go next door to the other hotel to talk to the manager and he were not there. We were locked out of the hotel completely by the young woman and told us through the intercom that she was not letting us back in and that we can email the manger with any Questions. We had no where to go and no more money to spend so we traveled back home. I do not recommend anyone staying here. They also still have my money.
