The property is wonderful. It's a short walk to the beach. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Our room was very clean and we loved the breakfast and sitting out on Adirondack chairs on their lawn.

Proximity to the beach is key, the outdoor Adirondack seating is cozy and relaxing. Their continental breakfast is delicious with wonderful helpful staff. The rooms are pristine and beds are comfortable.

This hotel is clean and lovely. My only suggestion would be to add boiled eggs to the breakfast for protein. The fresh fruit and yogurt were great! Staff was helpful and friendly.

Great place to stay! Parking is easy (one car per room clearly marked). Breakfast is healthy with fresh fruit of all kinds, yogurt, cereals, fresh bread products to toast, good coffee. If you need bacon and eggs you can easily find it nearby.

AMAZING VACATION!!! We enjoy all the time going to Ogunquit but at Terrace by the Sea, it is summummm!!! The staff is so friendly and welcoming!!! Perfect Perfect Perfect... What a perfect hotel from the parking, the balcony, huge closet, two suitcase stands, clean, to the comfortable beds. Little details that made the stay relaxing & enjoyable. Walking distance to shops, restaurants & the beach. Love it!

Great location, with a beautiful view of the water. Some of the buildings need renovations. Continental Breakfast was simple but nice enough on the porch. Bed was comfortable, but the rest of the furniture were old and tired.
