For the price of the breakfast there could have been more options. But you could get an omelet cooked to order so that made up for the minimum choices. At check in the gentleman was not very friendly. He never informed me of the $75/day incidentals hold which was fone but tell me how much you running my credit card for. Je even bent my driver's license 😒 when i asked what my room number was he said i haven't told you yet. He just put the key on the sleeve and gave it to me. Bed linen on one bed had big spots on it which i addressed while i was there. Otherwise it not a bad place to stay

Room was dirty and not as pictured. Bathroom was dirty, three people we had 2 towels. Room service was ice cold, we had other issues throughout the stay. Room smelled terrible like ciggarettes. Never before had an issue in this hotel. Was always great. We asked for a move and got no response. Front desk guy was smoking drugs in the driveway. Just cannot believe how bad this was compared to a couple weeks ago

Front desk staff, housekeeping for rooms and breakfast dining staff were amazing! Parking garage attendant & night cleaning lady not so friendly. Amenities were appreciated but we wanted to order food from outside restaurant but you're unable to eat it anywhere other than your room. That was a small bummer but pool was clean but small for such a large hotel. Great location in Manchester.

This property is across from SNHU Arena. Easy to walk to concerts and other events. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staff was great; however, they were a little overworked because of the number of guests. Would definitely stay there again.
