If you enjpy breathing, don't stay here.

I booked 5 rooms at this location (9 people) based SOLELY on the fact that you advertise air conditioning not only on the main page on hotels.com, but also on the room description. We had a very short stay where sleep was incredibly important due to a brutal drive. We checked in at 04:00 and out at 10:30. Due to the extreme heat, no one was able to get a proper night's sleep as a result of this. We opened the windows but the sun was already starting to come up when we got there and there were construction workers outside of the windows that were incredibly loud for 8am onwards . If there was air conditioning as advertised, I am sure this wouldn't have been an issue as we could have had the windows closed and the blinds down to keep out the noise and the sun, and eventually, the heat of the morning. There were other, less expensive rooms we could have chosen for our break but chose yours because you advertise, very clearly, that you have air conditioning.

Im Sommer zu heiß im Zimmer. In der Dusche unten bei der GlastĂŒr ist eine LĂŒcke zwischen Boden und GlastĂŒr, so dass beim Duschen viel Wasser ins Zimmer fließt. WC oberhalb der GlastĂŒr offen zum Zimmer und Dusche genauso, der Dampf beim Duschen tritt raus ins Zimmer und es wird extrem schwĂŒl im Zimmer, jetzt im Sommer furchtbar. Die AtmosphĂ€re im Hotel und die Hotel vibes sind komisch, man fĂŒhlt sich wie in einem Motel irgendwo im Nirgendwo in Amerika, abgelegen, unpersönlich und kein home feeling. Sehr nettes Reinigungspersonal und die Zimmer sind super groß, das hat mit sehr zugesagt. Neben dem Hotel ist eine BP Tankstelle mit einem Billa Shop 24/7 offen und Essen zum bestellen gibt es eine große Auswahl. ParkplĂ€tze ausreichend, Check In/Check out super einfach. Lift vorhanden.

Rent modernt rum med bekvÀma sÀngar, och trots att det lÄg vid en tÀtt trafikerad vÀg, vÀldigt tyst (sÀrskilt om man har öronproppar och jag Àr kÀnslig för ljud men stördes inte). Det var inte mer Àn 25-26 grader utomhus, men solen lÄg pÄ, vilket mÀrktes, dÄ det helt saknades AC, trots att det stÄr att det ska finnas. Luften som sÄdan stod stilla ocksÄ. Det Àr endast det som drar ned betyget en hel del pÄ totalen.

Gut: Checkin bei einem Automaten Manko: Da das Hotel direkt an der Linzer Straße liegt, und die ganze Nacht relativ starker Verkehr ist, machte ich die ganze Nacht kein Auge zu. Auto- und LKW-LĂ€rm dringt auch durch die geschlossenen Fenster durch. Weiteres Manko: man muss extra per Mail!! eine Firmenrechnung anfordern, weil der MWST- und Ortstax-Betrag nicht auf der Rechnung angefĂŒhrt waren Mehraufwand, der die Abrechnung erschwert

Die Unterkunft an sich war in Ordnung. Ein Hotel mit automatischem Check-In, ohne Personal. Ein wenig gewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig, aber einigermaßen einfach und ok. Die Anreise hingegen, insbesondere das Auffinden der Zufahrt, ist schwierig bis ungewöhnlich und zudem ungenĂŒgend beschildert. Bei Dunkelheit ein Albtraum. Die Adresse KĂ€stnerstraße 6 fĂŒhr in keinem Navi-System zum richtigen Ergebnis. Die Ausstellung einer Rechnung muss per E-Mail angefordert werden.

Trotzt Buchung war ein CheckIn vor Ort nicht möglich, ich musste neu buchen was letztendlich teurer war. Auf Anfrage wurde mir gesagt das auf meinen Namen gebucht wurde (am CheckIn mehrmals probiert). Eine RĂŒckerstattung bekam ich nicht. Dazu war das Zimmer völlig ĂŒberheizt, das Fenster war Tag und Nacht offen und trotzdem waren mindestens 25‱C im Zimmer.

 und der Automat weigert sich, mir meine Zimmerkarte zu geben. „Wenden Sie sich an die Rezeption!“ lautete die hinweisende Aussage das Automaten. Dass um diese Zeit niemand mehr erreichbar war, ist logisch. NatĂŒrlich kein anderes Hotel um diese Zeit zu bekommen. Nie wieder !!!

I could not complete the checkin process, there was no one at the hotel to talk to, they did not approve us because of covid19 regulations, we had the certificates but had no one to show them to I had problems with my credit card and because there was no one to talk to in person we could not pay in cash. We called their number and the lady there was not very helpful claiming that we were supposed to email covid19 papers and that she could not send anyone. We ended up going to anothr hotel. The mail I got from you said cofairmd, had no mention of covid issues, and stated that someone from the front desk will meet us on arrival. I do not think that I should pay for this

Unglaublicher nÀchtlicher LÀrm :-(

Das Einchecken am Automat finde ich nervig. Die Zimmer sind im Großen und Ganzen gut. Bad und WC sehr gerĂ€umig. Matratze extrem weich und durchgelegen. Und jetzt das NoGo ... Hotel liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße und ist sehr hellhörig. Der nachtverkehr ist nervtötend. Nie wieder! Und das zu dem Preis!
