Had to go back to the office multiple times to get my key fixed The clerk told me to go to room 213 key did not work he didn't work for the gates so I went back to the office he told me I told you to go to a room to 230 And there was a man laying on the bed so of course I was upset then I asked him to switch me into the room All rooms are supposed to be non-smoking and the room that they gave me smelled horrible up old smoke the room was beyond filthy People's hair in the shower on the bed thank God I brought Clorox wipes. You get what you pay for definitely in this location when I filed a complaint with a desk they said will give you a discount on your next visit like I would ever be staying there again.

First off the original property is by EconoLodge so getting there is confusing. Once there they said their credit card machine was down and forced you to use their atm outside; that charges almost $5 for cash (IRS fraud seems to me that is down) also if you are in a non smoking room do not turn on the bathroom light (automatically turns on the airflow vent) it will bring down the smoke from the smoke rooms; also they said if any stains are left on the bed sheets they will charge you (that’s the first I’ve been told that by a hotel). The whole entire facility was sketchy. Will never stay or recommend this motel. Omg almost forget the soap bar for the hands is so cheap; it scratches your skin never have I had a bar soap dry my hands.
