Great place!

We had 11 people in this condo and never felt cramped. The place was spacious and well laid out! The beach is just a quick walk away or you can access from the community pool, which was wonderful! We would definitely rent again!

Great property, great location. Everything was easy!! One thing to note is that the outlet in the front bedroom by the nightstand, bottom receptacle did not work.

Fabulous, Family Fun at Ocean Isle Beach

The perfect space for 7 of us to gather for a long weekend together! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked and overall the condo was a cozy stay for us all!!! I enjoyed the back deck the most☺️

Great property and very responsive owner!

Had a wonderful time staying at Ocean Isle Beach while at this wonderful condo! Good accommodations and nicely decorated. The owner was so personable and helpful with the requests that I made. I definitely recommend this property!

My family and I had a great stay at this condo on Ocean Isle! This place had lots of room, was very clean and had everything you needed to cook there. It had an easy check in and out process. I would recommend this place to anyone for a family together.

We had a wonderful time. We were there for a family wedding & I had my adult children & baby grandchildren with me. The condo was perfect for our needs. We had everything we needed & great space & great location. It is beautiful & peaceful & spacious & very close to the beach. The host was easy to connect with & prompt with responses. OIB visit

We loved OIB and this property. The space is perfect, 4 bedrooms, each with bath, make it even better. Access to the beach is easy. The view off the deck is spectacular as well. We can’t wait to return to this property and hope to soon!

Spring break 2024

We brought our daughter and 4 of our grandchildren for their spring break. It was cold and rainy but we had plenty of room ! We enjoyed watching the turtles in the lake and the walk to the beach was easy. Only issue we had was several of the televisions didn’t work for lack of batteries in remotes. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful!!!

Beautiful, lovely and clean condo, super location and a great host! We loved every minute of it. Thanks so much! We had three families, and the layout was perfect for accommodating all of us comfortably, giving us all enough privacy and shared space. The hot tub in the club house was not hot, but other than that, everything was just awesome and to our satisfaction!

You can't go wrong here!

We had 6 family enjoy a wonderful stay here. 3 adults were single and each had their own bed and bathroom. Each room was supremely comfortable. 3 adult children enjoyed the bunk beds and single room. We were here with 5 other families who got their own accommodations. When it was our turn to cook dinner for 30 people, everyone commented on how much nicer our accommodations were than theirs. A few of the families had similar room configurations and they were referring to the furniture. You can't go wrong here!

Truly a great place to stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this condo. It started out a little bumpy when we could not get in when we arrived due to a door malfunction, but the Evolve team and Condo owner were quick to respond and get us into the condo. The bedrooms were great and each one has its own bathroom which gave everyone their privacy and ability to get ready without having to wait for anyone. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you could need. The living room is comfortable and fits plenty of people and the deck off the back is fantastic for outdoor dining or just having a cup of coffee and reading a book. Having an elevator was fantastic as well. Getting things into the condo was very easy and this is ideal for seniors or anyone who struggles with stairs.

Filthy

The house was filthy! The oven was filthy, inside the drawers were filthy, the ceiling fans had 1/2 in of dust on them. The floors were filthy and every surface still had sand on it from the previous tenants. The bathrooms were filthy, especially the bathtubs. Do not stay here! The liaison didn’t do her job. She said they turn the properties around so quickly they don’t have time to do anything but a wipe down. Unbelievable!

Great place to stay!

Host was great. I always have several questions when I stay. Host was very patient and quick in answering all throughout our stay. Sipping coffee with a canal view was nice but seeing the beach from the balcony was exceptional! House was exactly as shown in the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. She had a great starter kit and we only had to buy a few more items towards the end of our stay. Definitely 5 Stars for the communication, honesty in presentation/pics, and great location!Only reason there weren’t 5 stars given on the review was because of a minor bug issue (which host addressed) and dated baths. All baths were functional but didn’t feel right giving the same number of stars as another listing that has updated baths and kitchen. In the end, I would stay again for all the positives aforementioned. Also, having access to the club pool on the beach was very cool. Tennis, basketball, and pickle ball courts within a 2-3 minute walk.

Nice condo but slow to respond to maintenance issues

Clean, cute and nice neighborhood. However, there were small flying bugs in the kitchen so we had to cover all food immediately. Unfortunately, the owner was slow to respond to maintenance requests which never got resolved during out quick visit. Most of the TVs we couldn't use. The back porch light was out so we couldn't sit outside at night easily. It was a quick visit so we just dealt with it. Bring beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. None provided.

Check in was delay and cleaning was not completed

Our check in was delayed by almost 1 hr. due to the cleaning crew was still at the property. Our checked in was at 3 pm and when we approached the entrance the cleaning lady responded with an attitude the check is not u til 4pm. We immediately reached out to the number listed on the instructions but nobody responded after a vm and a text message someone named Marggie answered and stated that the cleaning crew should be leaving shortly. Of course now because the cleaning crew had to rush out they didn’t do a good job cleaning. They left a few things dirty such as the kitchen oven and they dirty trays inside. The floor was so dirty I would recommend walking bearfoot. When we walked in one of the toilet seats was broken. When I reached out to Margie her immediate response was is the toilet still functioning? As if me bringing this to her attention was an inconvenience to her. After a few hrs she did send someone to replace it. The white towels were so worn out they had black stains. There were broken knives amount other worn out utensils and pots that needs to be desperately replaced and the beds had pee stains in them. Inside the cabinets was so dirty you can see it as soon as you open them. My family and I will definitely will not be booking here again.

Amazing vacation stay

Overall great accommodation. We have a special needs child who has mobility issues and the fact that you had an elevator was a great help. The condo was spacious. We had grandchildren with us and every morning we went out to the deck and enjoyed watching the turtles and fish in the pond. The condo is within walking distance to the beach. We loved every minute and will be back.

Guys Small Group Beach Weekend

Our church small group of nine enjoyed this property. The 4 bedrooms and bathrooms were nice, and beds comfortable. There is a nice deck and condo is laid out well. The beach is a 5-10 min walk. The furnishings are nice and good kitchen. There were some minor annoyances in that one small rug under the coffee table had sand spurs in it, which obviously don’t feel good to bare feet! The ice maker in the freezer didn’t work properly so we had to buy ice. Most of the TV remotes had dead batteries. There is only basic streaming cable service on the family room TV. The TVs in the bedrooms will not work unless you connect your own source. Cable service should be provided to all the TVs in all rooms at this rental price point. Margie responded quickly to texts, and was very nice, but since we were there only 3 days, most of these issues could not be resolved. She did send the repair people to fix a door handle that fell off. I still gave this 5 stars, and would stay again, but these little details need work. Again overall a very nice property.

Great Labor Day Weekend @ OIB!

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo. It had plenty of parking, was right across the street from the beach, had lots of room for our entire family (10 people including an infant), and it was a godsend having four full bathrooms as well. There are very few extremely minor things we could complain about like a bit of dust, no trash bags or K-cups, full trash bins, but EVERYTHING else was spectacular and the response time whenever we had questions for the landlord was pretty much immediate. I would highly recommend this location and we will definitely book it again for our next trip to OIB.
