Lovely hotel with excellent breakfast and nice rooms. We got the room with the ocean views on the very top floor. Ocean Grove and nearby Asbury Park both have cute little shops and nice restaurants.

Great place with Great ambience and Great hosts

Amazing trip, ambience, and ownership The stairwell are steep but to b expected in a 200+yr old historic structure. The mattress clean and new, but wasn't really the best for our body-types at times. However, Bernadette and her partner are doing a fantastic job building a great hospitality experience here! We will definitely come back again in the spring

Love the Inn. Bernadette, the Innkeeper was amazing. She cooked breakfast and it was so good. Offered lots of options. The Inn is very cool. It has so much charm. Modernized just enough, still has all the little quirks that a house that old would have. Can’t wait to go back in the summer or fall.

No heating or AC system at all.

The room did not have a any sort of heating system while my stay was supposed to be the first weekend of January, 2025. All it had was a space heater which they wanted us to carry from room to bathroom and back and forth just to get some sort of heat one room at a time.

The property was great for a one night stay!! Fridge, beautiful bathroom, and large bed. Very simple for what we needed. I will say, we went Dec 31st and we were shocked at how HOT the room was. As someone who is always cold, this was a lot for me to say. We unplugged the heater, opened the windows, and even put cold towels on us to try to sleep. Nothing. I reached out to the Innkeeper and was given no response. Super upsetting. Overall a great stay, but OMG! was not expecting to overheat.

Great location

The property is funky, but awesome. Self check in. Clean and comfortable. Super comfy bed and quality linens. Pretty close to the beach (a couple houses away). Bathroom door didn't open fully due to the tight space, but doable. Awesome shower and great towels. Highly recommend the property

Great location. Check in was easy and convenient with a very engaging host. My room was on the third floor. There was one floor above me. The upstairs guests right over my room got in at 12:30 and stayed up until well after two walking around with boots and talking loudly and dropping things. This would’ve been easily solvable. Had I been able to use my AirPods but the Internet kept disconnecting and had a weak connection. A stronger Internet would be advisable so inconsiderate people aren’t an issue. Beautiful bathroom lovely comfortable bed very clean. Only thing was cups were missing from the coffee maker. A lovely breakfast the next morning.
