Ocean City Boardwalk condos don't get any better than this. Miramar Condominiums are the premier luxury condos on the boardwalk in Ocean City. My unit (#503) sits on the top floor of the Marriott Courtyard Oceanfront Hotel. This 2 BR / 2 BA 1400 square foot condo has everything you could want in an Ocean City Condo. The condo is located at the boardwalk and 15th street and has a partial ocean/beach/boardwalk view from the balcony. Condo guests have access to the hotel's indoor pool, gym, sun deck with loungers/umbrellas, and all other hotel facilities.

Check in and checkout are a breeze right in the lobby of the hotel. You'll have access to the 24 X 7 onsite staff if any problems arise during your stay.

This large, 1400 square foot condo with beautiful open floor plan offers the best of both worlds in an Ocean City vacation. The first 4 floors of the building are the Marriott Courtyard hotel and the privately owned condos sit on the top (5th) floor of the building. No other condos in Ocean City offer this combination of luxury, location, amenities, and service.

This condo can sleep up to 8 guests. There is a new King bed in the Master Bedroom with huge en-suite luxury master bathroom. The 2nd Bedroom has a Double-sized Bunk bed which can sleep 4 children or 2-3 adults comfortably. It has an adjoining bathroom, which also connects to the living room. The the living room offers a pull out queen sofa bed with new memory foam mattress for added comfort. The kitchen has modern appliances and granite counters. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. Xfinity Cable with a TV in each room, and secure/private high-speed wifi are provided.

The condo rental includes linens, towels, toiletries, and the kitchen and laundry essentials you need for an enjoyable, stress-free stay.

Guests have access to all Marriott Courtyard amenities, including the year round heated indoor pool, private sundeck, on site gym, and on site highly rated restaurant (The Captains Table).

The condos are managed by the same onsite staff that manages the Marriott Courtyard Hotel. They are there 24 hours a day and can assist you with urgent issues or questions during your stay.

Check-in and Check-out is as simple as can be - just like a hotel. The 15th St and Boardwalk location is ideal. Right on the beach and Boardwalk, yet still a bit removed from the most crowded areas of Ocean City, this location offers the best of both worlds.

1 parking pass, for parking under the hotel, is included. Additional paid parking is within one block of the building. Free street parking can usually be found within 2 or 3 blocks.

The condo was a great value. It’s very spacious and was very clean upon arrival. The beds were comfortable and the unit was stocked with the basic necessities. The ocean view from the balcony was better than expected. Access to the hotel amenities were a huge bonus. The hotel itself is also clean and inviting. I would stay again and recommend the unit.

So good! I don’t even know where to start!! Our host, Dylan, was phenomenal! He was very easy to communicate with, responded promptly, and even contacted us about an issue with the washing machine prior to our arrival. We didn’t need it and requested the repairman come after our stay, which Dylan kindly honored. The condo is quite spacious and worked well for us. It was very clean and had a great layout. LOTS of closet space! The kitchen had enough basic items for a small family, although we ate out most of the time. The master bedroom/bath is on one side of the condo and the smaller bedroom is on the other. I could go to bed and sleep, while the “younger ones” could do their thing, without us bothering each other (except for the night they wanted to try out the jetted tub!) They were also thrilled their bedroom had direct access to a balcony (a first!) so they could see and hear the ocean. Although the condo is located on the side of the hotel, it is still close enough to the boardwalk to get sights and sounds.We shopped several places that were still open (it was off-season), before the wind and rain came. We knew it was a gamble, but still sad the bad weather didn’t hold off a little longer.All hotel staff we met were pleasant and very helpful. Parking and access to the condo were easy. Check in/check out was a breeze. Hotel location was good; not right in the middle of heavy activity, so it was generally quiet. I hope we can return to Condo 503 again!

Ocean City Family Stay

This was a great property for our family. We had my parents (in their 70s) along with our children (age 8 and 10) with us. The condo was clean and spacious. There was a huge balcony with a great view of the ocean and boardwalk. We were really impressed with this property. It was also really nice that we could use all the hotel amenities. Check in was very quick and simple. There were many restaurants and stores on the boardwalk within walking distance. Overall we highly recommend this property.

Weekend Getaway

We had a great experience staying here! The location was ideal—just a short walk to both the beach and the boardwalk, which made everything super convenient. Being on the 5th floor was a bonus; we enjoyed the views and a quieter atmosphere away from street-level noise.Check-in and check-out were seamless, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. The Courtyard Marriott facility and personnel were very friendly. Still, even though the room was spacious, when we arrived, a strong smell of cooking grease permeated the entire condo, which was almost intolerable. On our last day, we packed up our vehicle, went out for breakfast, and returned a few minutes before checkout. We found that the room was already cleaned for the next guest, and the cooked grease smell was gone.

Kitchen had old pans everything you cooked stuck to the pans , no sharp knives to cut anything spoke to desk they sent knives up but they were dull, had to go to Walmart to buy pans and a sharp knife, not a deal buster , we loved the size of the condo and location , hotel should offer free beach chairs like the others do , one stand charged 80 bucks for 3 chairs and a umbrella the other stand was 50 bucks , if you stayed in the hotel by the stands it was free chairs but you had to pay for the umbrella ,

Stayed Monday - Thursday/May 2025 for a quick getaway. Very quiet and private. Condo was exactly as advertised. Extremely impressed with the cleanliness of unit. Bed in master was very comfortable. Plenty of closet space. Bathroom counter was spacious as well. Great location and view. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Close to alot of restaurants. Check in/out was simple. Staff was very friendly. Extremely happy with our decision to stay at this condo. Looking forward to going back to this unit in the future and staying longer next time!

The condo was amazing! Great location, wonderful view from the balcony. Quiet enough at night to hear the waves, but still got the OC VIBE from the boardwalk. There is so much room, no one was on top of each other. The restaurant at the hotel was phenomenal!! We can't wait to come back!
