Oceanfront building, renovated oceanview condo with outdoor pool! This perfectly located mid-town condo on 80th St. is just steps to the beach and Atantic Ocean! Enjoy the side view of the ocean from the private balcony. Vacaction in style as this condo has been recently upgraded with quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances and luxury tile flooring. The bedroom has two double beds and there is also a full-size sleep sofa so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. There is a full bathroom in the hallway and a half bath in the bedroom. This amazing condo also includes a Smart TV, cable, high speed internet/wifi and a washer and dryer. This top floor condo on the 5th floor and the building has an elevator. One assigned parking space. Enjoy being in close proximity to many great restaurants and bars; Ropewalk, Fager's Island, and Hooked to name a few! Also close to variety of shopping, other dining and entertainment options!

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $95. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.
