OCEAN FRONT - midtown Ocean City! Enjoy the amazing Atlantic Ocean and beach view from the private, covered balcony! This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom end unit condo is the perfect spot for your OC vacation. This tastefully decorated condo offers central A/C, high speed wifi internet, and a full size kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher! There is a Smart TV in the living room so you can enjoy streaming with your login credentials. There is a TV in the second bedroom but this is for DVDs only. This perfect midtown location is known for the best restaurants and bars in town! Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 includes a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom, a twin on top and a twin trundle bed so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. One reserved parking spot. No washer/dryer in unit. 2nd floor condo. No elevator in building.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $107.00. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

Beautiful condo

We absolutely love this condo! Great location with an AMAZING view. There's nothing like watching dolphins swim by while eating breakfast on the private deck. The condo was clean and comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great spot

Very clean, well kept condo and rental. Easy check in process, great views and beautiful decor. Only complaint would be that the mattress was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on otherwise a great rental! Swing was there and the kids loved it!

Quick get away

The place was great! Awesome location - beautiful views of the ocean and lots of walkable shops and restaurants. The place was nicely decorated and clean. Only one part was a tiny bit disappointing, no swing chair on the porch as in the picture. However, this was no big deal. Highly recommend the place.
