We had an amazing quick family getaway to relax before the holidays! Propertyl was amazing with beautiful ocean views! The oversized balcony was actually another living space for us and we enjoyed hot coffee outside each morning! Would definitely rent again as communication with owners was suoer easy and the location was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in early September 2025. The space is beautiful - spacious with thoughtful touches that made our stay a joy. It was immaculate when we checked in and the hosts were quick to respond to logistics questions before we arrived. And the location can't be beat: steps away from the ocean with a pool and large balcony with space to relax and to eat, play games, etc. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We hope to be back next year!

Best oceanfront patio!

We had a wonderful stay. The spacious outdoor space was our favorite part. Comfortable seating, a table large enough for our entire family and the best view. Watching a thunderstorm under the cover of our patio was perfect! Easy access to the beach made going back and forth a breeze with our kids. Any small concerns were immediately addressed and we had a great time! Thanks for a great visit!

Family getaway

Visiting from Oregon to spend a weekend in Ocean Coty with my daughter and her fiance who reside in Frederick. This was my first time in Ocean City. We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful condo! Perfect location and updated decor. Our only complaint was the requirement to furnish our own linens! This is a new thing for us. Maybe it’s an East Coast thing! Also no soap or shampoo. Other than that, it was great.

Just go ahead and book it!

Looking at the photos, you think, “Does the sunrise actually look like that, or is it a filter?”, “Is the extra money spent worth it?”, “Does it really look as nice as the pictures?”, “Is the outdoor furniture actually comfortable?” The answer is emphatically, YES! This condo lives up to the hype and exceeds all expectations. I have never written a review and yet I feel compelled to do so. You will not want to leave the balcony. The sunrise is nothing short of spectacular. And the owners are just as amazing. So just go ahead and book the trip. You won’t regret it.
