The view was beautiful. However when we got in the wifi did not work until the 2nd night which at that point did not need. There was dust everywhere. There was hair stuck on soap dispenser in the bathroom. The tub was cracked and worn down and had a bump on the bottom of the tub. Only If it was cleaner and the bathrooms were updated.

The ocean view was beautiful. The exterior hallway to the room was stained and dirty. Needs power wash. The “fully equipped kitchen” was not. There were 4 forks, spoons, knives all mismatched. The drawers did not work. Dishes were dirty. No dish washing liquid. No scrub pad. One small dish towel. No paper towels. No oven pan. No replacement trash bags. Coffee machine on it’s last legs. No pot holders. Double bed room missing TV remote Bayside King room missing lightbulb Dirty towel hanging over vacuum in hall closet Dryer lint tray so full that it wouldn’t close. Fire department came for another unit dryer while we were there, I understand why. Carpet in Ocean side King torn at bathroom door. Bathroom baseboard have visible dirt. Living room and dining room furniture very worn and visibly dirty. Dining room chairs wobbly. Living room patio doors bad seal, wind moved the curtains with the door shut Marigot pool closed while we were there

Check in was quick and easy, front desk clerk was great Luggage carts were readily available Elevator had a little bit of a wait but nothing to complain about. Room was just what we were looking for !!!! Laundry room with FREE washer and dryer Really nice size kitchen VERY CLEAN and we were provided with ALL cooking and eating supplies. Dishwasher and flat top electric stove * only 1 dishwasher packet so if you plan to stay long bring more. Nice size living area with diningroom table ad pull out couch. My only concern was a few stains on the curtains that kinda looked like blood and they tried to blot it out. 1st double bed room was OK it was suited my older kids flatscreen TV and cable 1st bathroom was a nice size, clean, warming lamp and lots of towels and washcloths 2nd bedroom was VERY pleasing, in room bathroom was clean also lots towels and washcloths view was AMAZING !! large window view and access to balcony over looking the beautiful ocean. My only issue was dust under the bed

Better than expected

After reading reviews was not expecting what we found. Clean well maintained condo. The pool in the building was cold but the pool next door was great!
