Another great OCMD visit

Had a great time at OCMD. Perfect spot and great place. The views of the ocean and boardwalk are outstanding. The place was just as advertised. Having three bathrooms with the three bedrooms was awesome.The place could use a keurig and having to drive up to 64th for check-in and out is a bit of a pain, but great place. Highly Recommend

Great Place and Location

The stay was great, everyone in my group was very happy with the place. A lot of time was spent on the corner balcony which is great for people watching when you have older guests, especially on a busy weekend. This was our 2nd time at the place and both times have been great. The only thing I don't love is having to pick up and drop off garage keys from the rental company. I would prefer there be an option to have them at the condo at arrival. Overall, definitely recommended this place. Great size and very accommodating to larger groups

Oceanfront Boardwalk Condo

Wonderful stay at this condo right on the boardwalk. Location was perfect. Close to all shops, restaurants and amusements. Great ocean view from the balcony and people watching along the boardwalk. It can get a bit noisy with the activity right outside, but fine if you enjoy the hustle and bustle. It was easy for my mom with mobility issues to use her scooter to get out and about. The dining chairs do not feel safe and are in need of repair or replacement. Bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pans, and tools, but need to bring your own spices. The 2 parking spaces provided in the garage were a big plus as well.

Needs some attention

We love the Belmont and stay at one of the units here every year. However this unit has now been added to our "not again" list. (Truthfully the first one on it!) The furniture is so worn I was afraid someone would fall through the chairs or my parents would get stuck. We actually bought an inflatable mattress while we were there because it was better than the sleeper sofa with the worn pad and metal rods. The tv's didn't work and the showerhead hung in the master bath. For what we pay to rent for a week you should invest in your property. Trust me we understand the struggles as property owners as well but the ROI is worth it for the satisfaction of guests and return renters. This could have been a yearly commitment for us but we'll try a new unit next year and hope that we have a better luck!

Condo was nice, lots of room only big issue was the pool was not open for being memorial day week you would think it would have been open every other hotel and place down there had their pools open called the property owners of belmount towers and they never called me back. Other then that the place was very nice

Great location right on the boardwalk

Bad: you have to bring everything with you - even your own toilet paper. The wifi did not work well, couldn't use it. Good: Nice spacious place with covered corner balcony with 4 chairs. Each bedroom has a bathroom. King bed was comfy and very clean when we arrived. All in all a great time with the family.

"Our only knock was on the mattresses".

The place was in a great location right on the boardwalk chest is advertised in the pictures. Everything was need and clean. We really had a great time. Our only knock was the mattresses in the second and third bedrooms. The first night we arrived , It felt like we were sleeping on the box springs! We had to get up the next day and go to Walmart to buy air mattresses to put on the beds! It was a rough night. The air mattress is made all the difference and we were able to continue to have a great weekend in spite of the extra expense. I would definitely recommend this place but recommend to the owners to upgrade their mattresses please!

Beautiful Condo

Our stay was March 24, 2023 - March 27, 2023. The condo is absolutely gorgeous and the location is awesome, but would not stay in the summer months. There was a fight with about 20-30 teenagers below our condo that ended up on Dorchester St. According to others I spoke to who live there, it can be pretty violent in the summer. I think because of staying off season, we did not have Wi-Fi or Xfinity TV, only had 2-3 local channels.
