New for 2025! This spacious ocean block townhome is perfect for large families looking for an amazing vacation. With 3 bedrooms, a loft, and 4 decks, there is room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the views. The property features wood floors with lots of lighting, a brand-new living area with comfortable furnishings and a newer kitchen. Several baths have been recently updated and an outdoor shower. The top floor has a desk for remote working and a upper deck with ocean views. The property features washer, dryer full kitchen, internet and streaming TVs. Access the outdoor community pool right outside the down stairs bedroom or play on the sandlot. Incredible shopping, dining and mini golf within walking distance to the property.
Guests must supply your sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any three nights in the off season.
This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
