Our stay was great , I loved the ocean front view, easy access. I don't think housekeepers cleaned to much from the last person. I'm glad I brought my disinfecting wipes. Our luggage cart had a flat tire.

It got the job done. It’s just a really old building now. Carpets look gross. Bed was itchy. Elevator was shaky. Anyone can really come in and out of the building so not really secure. And the breakfast time was a nightmare. No seat for really anyone. Ppl fighting over the waffle makers since it was extremely crowded for the area. It was a mess. After the first day of finding out the hard way that it was crazy packed and no room, we decided to just do breakfast elsewhere the rest of the trip. Which sucks because part of the reason we picked that hotel was because breakfast was included. We will not be staying here again.

Great location. Only negative comment is the free breakfast coffee (not the room single serves) was awful. Bring your own coffee and coffee maker for an extended stay.

During our recent stay, we experienced a severe and unacceptable situation. Our original room (Room 316) was infested with bedbugs, which we discovered shortly after checking in. We were moved to another room (Room 325), directly across the hall — yet this room also had serious issues. The tub and sink barely drained, the shower head made loud noises, and worst of all, my infant was bitten. I have photo evidence showing red marks and swelling on his face. We were charged nearly $1,000 for this stay — for unsanitary, unsafe conditions. When I spoke with the General Manager, Donnie Wooten, he acknowledged the presence of bedbugs in the first room but attempted to downplay my concerns about the second, even suggesting my child could’ve been bitten elsewhere. I’m still waiting on a call back to confirm the investigation into the second room where my son was bitten. What’s even more alarming is the lack of accountability and proper room inspection. Are these rooms not being thoroughly checked before being given to paying guests? Housekeeping clearly missed obvious health hazards. The last morning, I woke up feeling itchy and uncomfortable myself. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The lack of cleanliness, health safety, and customer care is beyond disappointing. I strongly urge others to avoid this hotel — especially families with young children. We expected a safe and clean environment, and instead were exposed to serious health risks and were met

This was our first time staying at this Quality Inn location. Pros: easy check-in process; less than 5 minute walk from the beach; cable TV; free WiFi; parking was ok. Cons: VERY dated accommodations—any room that says “city view” on their site will be assigned to the older property (I wish I would have known this ahead of time. The pics on their website shows pics of the “newer” building); old elevator (it’s only one in the building and it looks like it was built in the early 1970’s); old carpet and fixtures; tub was slippery and toilet sits way too low to the floor; old dingy closet space and worse of all: MOLD on the a/c unit’s vents.
